I came 3 different times to this coldstones for a dry run. I was craving their mocha frapp and this girl Sabrina kept telling me that they did not have any. My husband went in the very next day to get me the same drink and Georgia was so kind she told my husband that they never ran out. I feel like Sabrina did not want to make the drink because she was a little busy but if thats the case then thats not right because Im a paying customer. She gave horrible customer service. I really appreciate Georgia and this coldstones needs to improve on their customer service.

So Im having a terrible day and my cousin came over to support me. We were both having a terrible day. We left my house and headed to this specific cold stone. We came in and as soon as maira and Jenna saw us they greeted us with fantastic service....by far the best ice cream shop Ive ever been to. They exceeded their expectations and went above and beyond to satisfy us. they definitely made our night. Definitely coming here for now on.

I dont know if all of the Coldstone Creamerys charge extra for everything, but this one does. My friend asked for a little more chocolate syrup and was charged over a dollar for about half of a pump. Ridiculous! I found the ice cream to be sub par, Baskin-Robbins is way better and cheaper. Also, the girl who served us was quite rude. I will not be returning to that store.

Cant get any better than this homemade ice cream. Specializes in middle eastern saffron, rosewater and lavender flavors. But also A+++ with regular flavors, I usually get a double scoop with their fresh strawberry flavor and creamy mango.Tuber delicious and has been around for a very long time!

The original Cold Stone in my opinion, probably besides the one in Northridge. Fun to have in this area since desserts are lacking for sure here. Small and quaint like most Cold Stones, and always friendly.

Amazing, unique flavors and ice cream that hits the spot, plain old. Cucumber, jasmine, passion fruit, guava and none are too sweet. The cookies and cream was one of the best Ive ever had- goey and creamy.
