I gound sealed bagged chicken pieces, in suction bags like sometimes youll find tuna in a bag, however THIS CHICKEN WAS EXPIRED BY OVER SIX MONTHS "use by December 2016" GROSS. My initial thought was top give this grocerie store a 2 Star rating. Their was a bit of redemption when I needed to return a few non food items, and had lost my receipt, the acting manager that day, (different then the day of the EXPIRED chicken whom had nothing to say about that chicken, which was unacceptable), the day I returned these items, the manager simply retrieved those same items on the shelf and returned my money in cash. I was grateful that their where personnel that knew how to treat customers! Thats the only reason my rating it is as high as it is. However, a 3 is not a store I would frequent as my go-to grocerie store. Most of their prices are approximately 8-12% , higher then commentators in the area. So a 3 it will remain.

One of the most horrible Ralphs ever!!!! The "manager" has a very bad attitude, disrespectful towards anyone that is "other" in her book I would assume. She didnt like my appearance so she decided on behalf of Ralphs that she is not going to sell any items to me because she didnt want to. I have never been so discriminated in my life and I have been living here for 25 years! Someone needs to inform this lady, Ruth that you only work at Ralphs not own it! She should be very happy I did not actually report her as I was so furious to do so. People like that should not have customer service jobs if they do not have any people or customer service skills. Ralphs you need to do better for this neighborhood!

Bad Experience because I asked the Butcher a question. Butcher was very non-customer orientated . Look you have to tell the Hispanic Butcher to wait on Black people just as politely as he does with the white and other Hispanic shoppers. This Butcher actually put out an alert on the Black in the store he couldnt help. Today its a one start over there because of the Hispanic Butcher. In Fact Ralphs should tell all their workers to be as nice to Black PPL as they are to the White PPL. Right now they are not. Its wrong

The store today is nothing like the old store, and thats great. I like the feeling you get when you enter the store, its clean very neat and everything is stocked to fill the shelves. The new coolers in the produce section are very nice, as are the coolers in the freezer section. The Deli area is more open , but could use more help behind the counter.I seem to slow down now and take my time shopping, not like before, I wanted to just get it done and get out. Thanks Ralphs you did it right,,,,,,

This is a great Ralphs location. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. The produce is fresh and their deli department is very nice also. They always have a lot of registers open so you usually dont wait long checking out, or you use the self checkout if youd like. They renovated this location a few months ago and it looks great.

One of the nicer Ralphs that I have ever been in. My only issue has been that the portion sizes for pans/platters have been incredibly inconsistent in the deli department, when one orders a pan of chicken tenders it has been either 5lb or 20 tenders (significantly less) and it makes it difficult for planning.

Huge Ralphs location. The hours are convenient for me. The plaza that it is located in is large, clean, and safe. This location always has great options and is overall a very clean store with friendly staff.

Worst service Im in the chicken deli area the Lady that helped me was so rude and did not want to be there and it passed me off so bad I walked out with our the chicken. I wont go back or shop here anymore

As far as big name grocery stores go, this one is as good as it gets. Always clean and tidy, the staff is always friendly. Good parking, great selection. Absolutely my go-to grocery store.
