I have been a local of Newport Coast for 12 years as well as a loyal customer of First class Pizza. I phoned in a pizza order and was very clear on how I wanted the pizza, etra extra well done where the pepperonies and cheese were browned. When I went to pick up the pizza, not only did they first tell me that they didnt have my order on file, when they finally figured out that it was under a totally different name, the pizza looked barely cooked. I asked that they pop it back in the oven to finish it off. Faustino then lifted up the pizza and showed me the bottom of the pizza as if that was supposed to mean something to me. He then refused to cook the pizza more and said that if I had wanted it well done then I should have told him... I explained that I was very clear about this request over the phone and he still refused. I was in total shock that they treated a local like this... I will never go back here because of how poorly I was treated.

This place is a staple in my diet, and has been since it opened. They dont measure toppings, they just make you an amazing pizza, to order, all the time. Their Italian Stallion sandie is phenom for lunch or dinner. And you must know a secret - Cinnamon Pizza - Its a dessert like nothing Ive ever tasted. Seriously, bring your friends. Theyll never forget it. Im a lover of all things delicious and Ive found a winner in Orange County! Oh and - they do "Make Your Own Mini Pizza Parties" for the kids. They get to be their own chef and help put them in the oven. My kids absolutely had a blast! The service is great. The owners actually WORK there! They truly care about your experience.

New ownership as of 2/10 has made some big changes!! Julie is the owner and is there almost every day. Now, the atmosphere and staff are positive and inviting, unlike how I am sure it used to be with the last owner who, in my opinion, did an absolutely terrible job. Since the change, they work incredibly hard to make wonderful food and give you a great experience! And Im telling you the food is amazing!!!! This is such a family-oriented restaurant and I smile every time I walk in! :)

We always come here when we stay at the nearby Marriott Villas. Every year the service is great. We have young ones so we always call ahead when dining in or carryout. House salad is great and every pizza we have ordered is great. Highly recommend

Went for lunch Thursday 29Aug13. Ordered the spaghetti and meatballs lunch special. Was told it would take 10 min. 15 min in, asked for a refund. Food not ready yet. That doesnt work for a 30 min lunch break. Go to Sharkeys next door. Faster service.

Came in for lunch special slice of pizza and a drink. Waited about 30 min. And after that. They finally ask me what was it it was you ordered. After repeating my order to them it took another 20 min to finally get one slice of crappy pizza

Pizza is truly terrible. I live two blocks away, but still cannot get myself to go there. I didnt think there was such a thing as bad pizza.
