Been going to in n out for the longest time and I am incredibly pleased with it. Its evidently my favorite place. I have friends all the way from Chicago that dont get my fast food experience. I bring them boxes when I go visit and they all love it. They have high quality food and I feel like workers are very consistent and are very polite. My favorite are the animal fries lol with extra spread. I go to the same exact location every time, which is here in Napa. I drive 30 - 40 minutes just to get the burgers and fries. The Drive through is always really long. But its worth it. However, Today I was eating the burger and I realized there was hair in it (Thats why Im writing this review). I threw it away and grab another one but that also had hair in it. I ended throwing all my burgers away. I was utterly disgusted and I threw all of them away. I was disappointed with the presentation too. The onions were hanging onto the side and my mom had bought 15 to give to my family back in Chicago and Im really scared that they wont end up liking it if there are hairs in the food. I hope the restaurant replaces the workers to better ones. Please make sure you are choosing the right workers and the ones who wont put hair in their food. Just wear hairnets please . Really disappointed...

Other than the long ass drive thru line and the fact that they always have a parking lot pimp meeting ALWAYS, I still like coming here. I try to avoid it when its super busy, you know, lunch time and late night, but the food is still good, and so is the service. Most of the time its clean, if not, we dont mind bussing our table. Keep it clean for the next though.

Food was good. Patrons were rude. Took my mother and we had to sit outside because this is a teenager hangout. They were hanging out waiting for their movie time. Just be aware they will sit there all day. That is why the drive through is always so busy. No place to sit down. No loitering rule enforcement.

Personally, its too much of a wait. This place is good, but the wait, no matter the time, is simply way too busy. In & Out would get 5 stars, food and service is better than Mickey Ds or Burger Queen, but that wait is just too long.

The fries suck unless you get them animal style.not enough salt and not fried enough.good burgers long wait.i always go there on imola in Napa but go next door to McDonalds to get the best fries ever.

I live in Vallejo for this place is a little closer for me a lot less of lines the only thing is what you kids working for the kind of mess up your orders sometimes but all in all its all good

Expect a long wait in the drive through. Maybe it was because I was there on a weekend as allot 3pm but it seemed the wait time per vehicle in the drive through was much longer than average.

Great place to roll up. I got barz at rolling so outside Ill roll maybe like 2 backwoods and a joint. Spark it up and burn till my food is ready, they kinna lag but uhh delicious burgers

Best, quality low cost burger around! Many people dont know that you can customize your burger anyway you want, example extra tomatoes, cheese, even spicy banana peppers, just ask!

This In-N-Out location is kept clean and organized. There are always long lines here so dont be surprised when you have to wait in them. The food is well worth the wait!
