DO NOT EAT HERE...if you pay attention you will see that i am NOT the only customer who has had FOOD POISONING from this place.....My mother was here in california visiting and we deciding to get chinese delivery one night. the next morning my 6 year old son puked and had to stay home from school. The next day my mother literally threw up for about 12 hours straight...i had to take her to there emergency room ( not being dramatic she thought she was going to die)...the following day this filth just have finally made its way through my digestive system blue i began to get quay and at 1 a.m had to rush to the bathroom to puke my guts up...this continued all through out the night all the way until this very moment on march 12, 2017....i still cant eat , still feel queasy but hopefully the puking is done!!! please please please dont eat here!!! i never do google or yelp reviews...youll see that this is my first one ever...just trying to keep someone from experiencing this pain!!!

the first and second time I orderd from them it was really good.... I noticed the third time the food was kinda of not so good... it wasnt as hot and yummy as the other times.... so I layed off them for a WHILE.... TONITE I ORDERD BEEF FRIED RICE AND FRIED PRAWNS... THE RICE WAS NOT HOT AND THE PRAWNS WAS OVER COOKED ALMOST BURNT.... I ATE A COUPLE OF THEM CAUSE I WAS VERY HUNGRY.... AT FIRST I WAS GOING TO LET IT GO AND NOT SAY ANYTHING.. BUT I THOUGHT TO MY SELF $18 IS ALOT OF MONEY TO JUST THROW AWAY.... SO I CALLED THEM JUST TO COMPLAIN ABOUT IT , WASNT EXPECTING THEM TO BRING MORE FOOD .. BUT THEY DID... AND WHEN THE GUY CAME BK TO BRING THE OTHER FOOD HE HAD A ATTITUDE... I DONT APPRECIAT THAT AT ALL.... I BEEN SPENDING MONEY WIT YOU ALL FOR A FEW MONTHS.... I DONT THINK I WILL GO BK TO THEM...... RIP CHINA BARN you just lost a good customer......

I purchased a delivery order from New China Barn 3/6 around 7pm. I had the food delivered and it looked terrible, at least in comparison to other Chinese we have had, but that is not what this is about. I ate it around 8 oclock and went to bed. Just before midnight, I woke up and had to run to the toilet to vomit. Every hour after that, I had to vomit. I got barely any sleep and by 7am in the morning I was vomiting and had diarrhea consistently throughout the day. I was bed ridden and could not go to work. Now on day two and still lethargic (dehydrated) and queasy. This is obviously not what I expected from Chinese food and was obviously food poisoning. Great job New China Barn.

Ordered for delivery , quick service fast delivery , delivery driver professional .. Food was hot and fresh . One thing was the fried rice was to salty .. To much soy-sauce .. Chicken wings are good but would of been better if they was fried with garlic or some sort of seasoning ... No taste but crunchy crispy texture , made fresh thou.. Other than that it was service over quality , which is why i gave it 3 stars .. Portions are decent .. Would order again but will go with different order selections .

New China Barn is located conveniently close to the Courthouse, and just a few blocks from I-80. Most of the menu looks very familiar, and all of the usual offerings are present. I simply havent had any dish here that wasnt at least a very, very solid take on an old favorite, and Ive had many that brought new life to old ideas (General Taos chicken is impressive). Service is always fast and friendly, especially for lunch, and portions are on the large side. Always a good choice.

Best Chinese in Vallejo! Tried the place downtown that was supposed to be the best, well, I personally would never go back. It was not even good tasting! It was greasy and took forever and they way over charge for the food! New China barn gives good fresh food thats hot and great tasting! The price is fair and the portions are right for the price. We wont order from anywhere else in Vallejo!

For a little Chinese food spot, this is the spot. The wor wonton soup was incredible, pot stickers were great. If you like the hot chili oil they dont have any, but they do have the chili sauce in the jar which is ok. Had the "B" family dinner which with 4 extra pot stickers came out to $57.00. Definitely a place I would travel to from anywhere in the Bay Area to eat.

Sweet and sour Paws were great. The chicke wings were bland and the Bbq pork frird rice was full of soy sauce.. it was pricy for a Grub Hub order so I guess I really overpaid for the convenience because the items were not very expensive in my opinion. The delivery man was very kind and confirmed I was me before handing my food off.

we lost our menu and were forced to eat at other take outs NONE have compared to New China Barn... we finally got thier number by calling every other chinese place and none are as good or offer the specials like new china barn any order over 25 free egg rolls over 30 free entree. Love this place!!!!

The house fried rice has no egg theres 3 green onions in rice five pieces of chicken the size of nickels two shrimp and five slithers of beef.....DONT ORDER THIS! And the dried fried ribs are crunchy and tasteless no seasoning at all DONT ORDER THIS EITHER !they taste like flower
