L&L is a chain of fast food restaurants specializing in Hawaiian cuisine. They offer a number of combo plates that pair rice and macaroni salad with a selection of mains like kahlua pork, chicken katsu, and various types of fish. They also have sides like spam musubi and saimin (though the musubi is very rice heavy). A tip for those ordering the kahlua pork: I definitely recommend getting it with with cabbage as it really helps cut the richness and grease and adds some much needed texture / crunch. In general, the food is pretty tasty, the portion sizes are generous, and prices are quite reasonable; all-in-all a decent choice if youre hungry and looking for a meal with great value.

I dont normally post on food places because not everyone has the same taste in food but I just had to with this restaurant. I have to say for fast food its not the cheapest but you get tons of food...a regular plate is more than enough to feed two people. The chicken katsu I normally get at other L & Ls is usually a bit dry n not very crunchy but this one is unbelievably moist for chicken and very well coated with flavor. The beef short ribs were okay but not the tastiest...it had a bit of a garlicky taste that Im not too find of. All in all, I will definitely come back but probably with a friend because I couldnt eat a whole regular plate by myself

Food is overall consistent here tho I always find there eggs are never what u ask for (IE: if u ask for over-medium you will get over-easy one day and over-hard the next). Best things to get is the Chicken Cutlet w/ Gravy, the Musubi Trio, the BBQ Chicken Saimin, and the Spam Eggs & Rice.

I love this place. My husband and I come here almost every Friday for lunch. The cashiers are really nice people and very helpful The dont have dessert per say but they do sell this Hawaiian box cookies. They taste amazing! My fav are the Guava ones. Totally recommend!

My whole family likes every L&L weve eaten at. Large portions, very good food. We have tried several items and they are all yummy. I feel like the dining area could be a little cleaner. I think overall it still gets 5 stars for the menu. We love L&L!

Get your fix of grilled chicken and short ribs here. The staff is very friendly and they will get your order out in a reasonable amount of time. Be sure to try the mochiko chicken or garlic chicken if they have them as the specials of the day.

Im a big fan of the L&L chain. Ive only been to one bad franchise. Fortunately the Mountain View L&L wasnt one of them. The chicken katsu curry is a must-try for anyone missing some local-style comfort food.

Cheap place for BBQ food with generous portions. I get takeout from here every so often and never manage to completely finish one of their combination plates. Its about enough food for 1.5 persons.

I like their healthy options on the menu. The garlic fish is my favorite. Its lightly fried and not greasy at all. The customer is good there. The lady at the cashier is always friendly.

This is by far the best location for L&L. They take time to make sure your order is right. Food is always great. And they dont have a problem giving you Katsu sauce when you ask for it.

Classic Hawaiian plate lunch favorites in a clean restaurant with friendly efficient service. Every so often they have a Roast Pork plate with gravy which is amazing.

This place has large portions, more than any other! Love their musubi trio! Get the chicken catsu with the curry or gravy on the side, so nothing gets soggy.
