This Pizza Hut is the worst ever. The pizzas are either over cooked or under cooked. They always forget something, usually its the sauces but last time it was the breadsticks. Theyve twice refused to fill orders because of "problems" in the store but these "problems" always seem to occur when it is an hour or so before closing time leading me to believe that they just dont want to fill them so they can leave on time. Due to this I know they are costing the boss and the company a ton of money. And every single time it takes forever for them to deliver, I live really close to the store, actual drive time is 3 minutes so either there arent enough employees to keep up or the ones they have are incompetent. I never write reviews but this one is so bad I felt I had to so I can save other people the frustration of subpar pizza and service.

Worst Pizza Hut ever wont honor online prices even if its just a doller difference, Casandra the shift manager did however try to resolve the situation. Props to her doing what she can. Contacting the Corporate office and filling a complaint a ag ainst this store owner making up his own pricing. Hope at least the pizza is worth the Hassel.

This service was terrible I caledd several times and got dinied in all of those orders and this lady that was the supposable manager was super mean and her name was Maria if I was you I would never go to Pizza Hut here in Morgan Hill there was one girl who was really nice so big thanks to that girl

There was something about the pizza that didnt taste right. Not the best pizza I ever had. Moreover, my wife felt sick in the stomach a few hours later........pizza was the only meal she had had so I am suspecting it had something to do with it......I will not buy here again

When pizza was 15 minutes late, they said it was out for delivery. After 45 minutes, they said the driver wasnt answering his phone. Had to have them make new, and pick it up ourselves... and no credit back... Seriously?!?

I ordered 6 pizzas and the manager would not give me paper plates! She said they cost extra! I also ordered four 2-liters of soda and the same thing with cups!
