I like this place but would like to have a way to share my experiences here with the management. With lots of staff turnover they need a better training program. Last two times I ordered a salad to go, no dressing was included. Yesterday I was determined to get the dressing. I asked the first server who had none in his bin. He suggested I get the dressing down the line. Next server responded that the dressing was in the fridge two steps away, then she turned to clean her counter rather than get it. Next I asked the cashier who was able to get the dressing into the bag. Three requests for an integral part of the product. This isnt very efficient. The staff is friendly but not well trained.

I have no clue why I continue to go to this Chipotle! Maybe bcause its on my way home from work, but this was my last time... Everytime I go the line is horrendously long and the service is slow. I had to ask one of the workers to check her attitude. She talked so fast I didnt hear her mention corn and she put it on. I would have gladly admitted my mistake but she got annoyed and snippy with me before I had a chance.

This is one of the better Chipotle restaurants in central-north California. Food is fresh, portions are good and staff are friendly yet efficient. Dining room is nice, neat and kept clean. Outdoor sitting can get too warm even with the market umbrellas, but perfect for late afternoon or evenings. Dining alone (or not in the mood to talk)? Grab a free copy of the Gold Burrito Digest to amuse you while you eat.

Very disappointed I usually love Chipotle at least the other locations. today I came in the staff was friendly the inside of the store was clean. However when I went to order my food I was told there was no salad dressing for the salad and a note on the door that said out of black beans. I tried to eat outside and all the tables were dirty no one wipes them down and trash all outside.

Food always tastes good, but is it that hard to roll a burrito? The outside was covered in salsa and guacamole. The roller turned the burrito 90° reformed the filling then rolled. So I got all meat at one end and all guacamole on the other. Mmmmm just like I like it! Tried to charge me for steak when I got something cheaper. Its just not worth $10+ for a half-assed job.

The place is very clean, friendly staff, price is a little high for a bowl considering the serving size. The chicken and beef is delicious except the barbacoa or the carnitas, I guess because I tried the authentic barbacoa and carnitas. Its not authentic at all. I tried a bowl of chicken and it was amazing!

Very fast and fresh. Even when theres a big line, it moves quickly. The chicken is good and a little spicy. Theyre happy to let you taste the different meat options if youre not sure which one you want.
