The person at the register didnt acknowledge me so eventually I went up to let him know I had a pone order I was picking up. I asked if the order was ready and the heavy set balled guy sitting down behind the register spoke over me to someone behind me. I then asked if it was ready again after he stopped talking and he said "No why" in a rude sarcastic way. I replied "I asked if it is ready because I ordered it over the phone and expected it to be ready. The person who took my order said it would be ready in 15 minutes." The guy talked over me again and said "Dont expect that, it still has to be cooked." That made no sense to me 20-30 min after taking my phone order. I asked to speak with the owner and he said he was it. He is so rude that I decided to head over to Pita Pita, I cant imagine what this disgusting guy staring into my face, looking to argue with a female would feed the customers, just cant trust it. While walking out I also asked him his name. He said his name is Art, I figure this must be his parents business. This guy is too ignorant to be an owner of anything, but unfortunately hes running down the family business by working there with such a rude attitude.

STOP!!! For falafel :)... Hubby & I had 2 schwarma wraps (caramelized onion with cubed cucumbers and tomatoes, and a duo of sauces, keep the many slices of lamb and beef company in a soft shell of warmth with crispy roasted edges) and added a dozen falafel on the side, we dipped them in 2 types of sauces-creamy tahini and one that will spice up your life! The lady at this cute establishment surrounded by Christmas lighted trees saved us the biggest slice of her Homemade baklava to share (our fav) and the recipe tasted better than mine! I should have gotten some of that almond Roca looking stuff to go... The display case was full of big beautiful bowls of plenty of other colorful dishes, but I couldnt stop looking at the grill! Perfect outside eating for a nice warm day... U have got to try this!

Mr. Falafel is always delicious. My family and I have been frequenting this Mediterranean food hut for years. My husband switches his normal order between the chicken and regular (lamb & beef) shawarma on a lavash wrap, and spicy. Since I tend to opt for vegetarian options, my go-to is the falafel on a lavash wrap, easy on the veggies (which is a refreshing mix of diced onion, cucumber, and tomato), medium spicy sauce, and added chunks of feta cheese. The house-made hummus, dolmas, baba ganoush, and baklava are keen choices to try as well. Enjoy!

I really liked their wrap-style falafel better than pita bread - the lavosh bread was grilled a bit crispy and also made the whole thing easier to eat than a pita bread falafel, which typically falls apart after the first bite. I tried it with the feta cheese, but next time Id do it without the cheese, which seemed to overpower the flavor of the falafels. Overall yummy and authentic.

I ordered the falafel deluxe wrap, it was very great!!! I really appreciate the excellent customer service from the cashier and cooks. As someone who dresses alternative I felt no prejudice from them. I will definitely make this a usual pit stop whenever Im in the area. Bonus: The shop looks to be kept quite clean. its next to a candy shop! Extra table sauce!!!! <---

Great Mediterranean option in downtown Morgan Hill. You cant miss the A shaped building. Seating is almost nonexistent inside but theres several outdoor tables, plus the food is all pretty easy to eat while strolling the shops downtown. This is not Greek Mediterranean though, its further east so its a little different spice-wise. Its delicious stuff!

Had the deluxe falafel. It was good though the eggplant was a bit extra slimy. Seasoned fries were good, cooked well and heavily seasoned. One grievance, I never appreciate a place that doesnt have free water. Sometimes I just want water with a meal, and having to buy a bottle is ridiculous, especially for dine-in guests.

I only had the falafel balls (ala carte) with dipping sauce, so I cant speak to the rest of the menu. The spicy red sauce was delish, staff was very friendly, seems like a good value. Other than the seating outdoors, looks to be takeout mostly. They have new (or maybe secret) menu items like sweet potato fries.

Some friendly staff. Very expensive. Did not enjoy breakfast burrito. My lady didnt like under cooked burger. Garlic fries were good but very small serving. For $22 we got a tiny burrito (cook said I would need 2) a cheeseburger and garlic fries. A Gatorade and Bai drink. Will not be coming back.
