I went threw the drive threw and ordered two separate orders, at the time I didnt know it was against the law. The manager at the window told his employee that he couldnt do 2 orders at the drive threw then he told me. They handed me my orders but forgot my 2nd one after I asked "is this both orders" so I went inside for my 2nd order and apologized. I think the managers name was Carlos. But the lady apologized and he told her dont apologize to him. The person behind me got my order instead of hers and that happened for a couple people. But he kept rubbing it in my face I was the cause of it. I know its fast food but very unprofessional for a manager

Ive been stopping by this Taco Bell lately, and its a bit above par for Taco Bell. The dining room was recently redecorated with very nice, modern styling, far more upscale than anything Taco Bell has done before. The food is standard TB, but the quality is pretty high and very consistent in my experience, which is a plus. Service could be quicker sometimes, but they may be understaffed at times, because the employees seem to be working hard and fast when Ive seen them. If you like Taco Bell, this is a good location to visit.
