All these negative reviews must be from extremely picky people. Yes, its a typical Chinese buffet, and for only $6.99 for lunch, its actually pretty good! Staff was very friendly! The Asian lady greets you as you come in and seat you & the bussers/wait staff refill drinks for you. They have variety of foods, veggies, meat, soup, etc., and tastes just fine. Obviously its not 4 star restaurant quality, but for what you pay, its a very good deal! I normally go during lunch hours, and its usually busy with customers flowing in. So, even with all these negative reviews, when you consider that theyre getting good business, obviously people like it :)

Worst Chinese food we have ever eaten, me and my wife were so disappointed, my wife was so upset, because after a day work she told me that she wanted to go for a nice buffet in the area, little we knew that the Happy buffet should be called more like the sad buffet… the food is dry, bland, tasteless, they skimp on ingredients, the food is old. Don’t waste your money, invest a few more dollars, go to Canton buffet, Mr. you restaurant or Mongolian BBQ.

came here 8/16/15 paid $36 for 2 adults and 2 kids. small selection and food was bland and tasted reheated. sea food delight was mostly all 7nder cooked veggies and chewy imitation crab and no shrimp. pot stickers were all dough and little to no meat. rice and chow mein was dry and tasteless . the HAPPY BUFFET IN RIVERSIDE IS WAY BETTER AND ACTUALLY HAS FLAVOR. DONT COME HERE.

Food is cold and flavorless. Got charged 9.99 on a sunday which is stupid. The food tastes reheated and reused. If i get sick im suing. The egg drop soup was so bland it tasted like scrambled eggs without the salt and pepper. Pot stickers are nasty as anything and the only good part is the fruit bar its atleast fresh! Stay away from this place its gross and dirty as hell

I know price is cheep but Food is cold and not fresh I told one of the personal and dont know if he understood what I was saying or ignored me, Bathrooms area dirty and smells like sewer Last time I eat there. .. I dont mind paying a little pricey but food hast to be hot and tasty like hibachi or todai which food is very good. .. Very bad :(

Cashier and servers need to learn a little something about customer service! Ive been here a total of 4 times and not one of those times does anyone greet you or even talk to u. They ask what you want to drink disappear for 30 min. Then return with bill and thats it. Food isnt all that great either. They have been getting less and less variety.

This is the worst buffet I have ever had. Their seafood delight included no shrimp, and they didnt even have sautéed green beans which is standard. The onion slices for the Hibachi bar were the size of big fingers. The sautéed mushroom and onion had no flavor. The price was only $4.99, that should have been my clue not to eat here!

Wonderful, and excellent food. The soups have three types, miso, egg drop, but the next one is called hot tofu. Furthermore, the price is $5.99 for lunch after 330 p.m. is its dinner $7.99, and then on Friday thru Sunday prices go up another 2 bucks. Big deal, yes the best in the west. Moreno Valley I mean.

The service was great, the food was great also. Went there late and friendly staff went out of their way to cook up fresh rice and even noodles. If you are hungry for Chinese food, this is the place to go. All kinds of shrimp, and sushi, and a Mongolian barbeque. Definitely 5 stars.

Asian buffets usually dont serve the best food, but they do serve a wide variety dishes to choose from for a reasonable price, which can be good if youre looking for a big meal with a little bit of everything. With that said, the food here simply does not taste good.

Food was gross and cold and greasy! I ordered tea and it was literally just hot water even after the tea bag brewed. I have no idea why this place is still in business. Dont waste your money! I paid 30.00 for garbage!!! 1.00 is to much to pay for bad food.

For the Price you get what you pay for... I personally did like it there the Service was awesome. The food has its up and downs.... I personally that it was awesome that they served crabs!!!! All you can eat for that price... all in all will be going back

You cant beat an all you can eat buffet thats $4.99. I dont think the food is all that bad either, maybe not 5-star quality but I still like it. Im pretty sure many others do also because its packed every time I go there.

Cant beat the prices. Ive heard all of the horror stories, but Ive never had a bad experience here. Food is not bad, not my first choice, but not bad at all. Like I said, you cant beat the prices for the selection you get.

I love the sushi here, but the windows look like they have never been cleaned and some of the cups look like they arent cleaned either.
