After a year and half in California, R & I just had InNOut for the first time. The hype was big and the expectations even bigger. But unfortunately InNOut failed to impress us. I mean really people? How does your mouth palate think that this is delicious? The place was jam packed, and the line for drive through was unbelievable. We got our food and headed home to enjoy it in peace, but of course had to had some fries in the car as the smell was deadly and we started legitimately drooling. Even though its nice they use fresh ingredients, we could see them cut the potatoes in front of us, somehow they were soggy and not so good. The animal fries were ok. We had each one cheeseburger and one protein. The burgers were mediocre, the sauce actually kinda bothered me and left a bad taste in my mouth. If you want fast food with fresh ingredients and decent taste just go to 5 guys its way better.

First let me say I usually dish out five star reviews. This is an exception because its inexcusable. Been here too many times for their inefficiencies to be a one time deal. It was partly our fault for waiting in our car to get food for 40+ minutes. Even on a Wednesday night at 10 pm youll wait 40+ min and get poor service. Also, the fries are dry AF. The guy kept taking car orders at the second window and filling up drinks -no joke for at least 5 minutes- while we waited. He then asked us if we had been helped, he being the only person serving this window. Shouldnt you know this? Hmmm let me see. We just want to sit here and stare at you while holding up a line of 1000 cars just cause. What happened to the concept of "in and out"? Not worth the wait.

When I get off a plane, or when I pick up people from a plane, we are always left in state of disambigua. "Are we actually in California?" we ask, barely daring to hope. Yes, yes we are. And what further proof can be offered than the safe, delicious and undeniable taste of the nearest In-N-Out burger? "Give me a double double animal style/protein style, my good man. None of that East Coast pretentiousness for me!" I might sound sarcastic, but this 1place has seriously preserved my sanity on many occasions. Come here if you need to remember what it means to be a Californian. Or if youre just hungry. Either way, youll leave satisfied. In-N-Out burger forever! #WestCoastIsTheBestCoast

First time trying the very much hyped in n out. For the most part it met expectations especially for its burgers. I ate my cheeseburger so fast that I even ate some of the wrapper! The fries themselves were pretty good, but I kind of regret getting them animal style. The overwhelming use of sauce made it a bit unbearable. Definitely worth coming here at least once to see what I was missing out on on the East Coast, but Ill probably stick with exploring non chain places unless I need something fast and to go, in which case in n out cant be beat.

its always been an awesome tradition for my cousins and i to make a quick stop here when were around the airport. in-n-out burger does not disappoint :) tasty burgers and thick milkshakes and cheap prices. im not a huge fan of the fries since the last time i went they were a bit hard and cold, but whatever, the other options more than make up for that. this location is always busy when i go, but the wait isnt too bad; and i dont usually have trouble finding a seat indoors or out.

I love In-N-Out Burgers. Just delicious! But as usual the place is always packed. I made it in and the line was short. A little bit later the line grow even outside the entrance door. Most of the time its quicker here to walk in and wait for your food as using the drive through. During evening times is always a big line in front of the drive through. This makes it sometimes hard to get in and out of the parking spots, because people dont leave any space for the driveways.

Travellers Beware! Food and service was great. But our car was broken into and our laptop stolen in the parking lot. The police officer who responded to our call said this happens frequently to Travelers with rental cars who stop in after landing. We love In-n-Out, but you should consider a different location until this one figures out how to deter criminals or installs cameras and proper lighting. Knowing there is a problem and doing nothing about it is irresponsible.

In-N-Out 11 Rollins Rd, Millbrae, CA 94030 One of the most busiest Fast Food restaurants specially because is near KSFO international airport, after a long flight it is my best options. After a Long Line I find out that this location does not accept NFC phone payments. What a big disappointment. Are you guys adjusting to the technolocal advances that are happening in the heart of Silicon Valley? That is very disappointing.

Its the same as every other in n out , expect a ridiculously long wait wether in the drive through or eating in or taking out. The staff is really nice and deal with the huge amount of people in here effectively. I just didnt like that they where on order 63 , I ordered 2 milk shakes on order 80 and they sat there from order 65 to the time I finally got my food. I might as well have ordered a sugar milk!

If I have to tell you why I like In-N-Out Burger you obviously havent had the best fast food burger and fries in America. Do yourself a favor...Double Double combo with fresh squeezed lemonade. Youll definitely be back again...and again...and again. Oh, and super friendly staff...in every one. And please! Build one in Omaha!!! Flying to California is almost too far to go for your great burgers...almost!

Great location for anyone trying In-N-Out leaving the airport. Easy access and easy to get back on US 101. I had it for the first time in Los Angeles this past June, so I had to take my wife to try it. Their burgers are pretty good! Not a super fan of their (plain) fries, but next time Im on this side of the US, Ill try one of the specialty versions. Also, get a shake... theyre awesome as well!

I mean...its In-N-Out! You know why people flock to these - the burgers are tasty and the service is friendly. What I dont love about this location: parking and the parking lot specifically make it very challenging to get "in and out" of there. Loooong lines of cars that will block in the parked cars. Plan at least 30 minutes to get your food if you go during a busy time. Thats no fun-

This in-n-out is conveniently located right off of the freeway. If you are leaving California or just arriving, stop by this location if you are arriving or departing from SFO. This location is right by the Millbrae Bart station. My favorites are: protein style cheeseburger, Neapolitan shake, and their animal style fries. Dont forget to ask for grilled onions on your burger.

my favorite in n out!! because its also the closest... haha. Great In-N-Out, though it can be quite crowded because its open late (usually 1am), and its great food! just ask your friends what they want, and be the popular one in the group! TIP: I know it can be anti-social phobia, but the drive-thru line takes a lot longer than going in-store.
