To start. the lady taking my order left me hanging half way as i was giving my order and that frustrated me. i had to give her a more serious tone so she would take my service more serious. then when i finally received my order i realized i had made i mistake when i asked for seasoned fries when its called "curly fries i realized it was my mistake and asked them to change my fries i was ok with paying an extra 50 cents. so when we ask the girl to give us more ranch and sauce they started giving attitude and just gave one. even worse the girl was smiling at my boyfriend acting like i wasnt even there. extremely rude. so when i ask for sugar for my iced tea she throws a little packet across the counter. i found that extremely rude from her part i didnt even want to complain i figured its their attitude down in Huntington park. We deserve better service than that especially since its money out of our pockets. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE!!!!!!!

Had recently went there 3 weeks ago, i ordered in the Dine-in and as i was waiting there i saw a RAT running around, was so disgusted by the sight that i went to the restroom and vomited i had alerted the staff and they came out to see, as soon as they came out the RAT ran across the Dine-in again i just stomped on it, left me traumatized for life, will NEVER EVER return and eat here AGAIN, the Manager of this place should be fired! They should call this place RAT IN THE BOX!!!!

I love Red Hot verry much. I always get two and everytime I ask for more they say they ran out. I always say I would pay for them but some how they run out. I would lonve them to get more Red Hot or tell me they only give two per person. Me and my bro are muscular and staying in shape and go once a week. So we dont end up like McDs costumers. More Red Hot! Thats all i ask for. Thank you.

For years Ive liked jack In The Box breakfast, but my last visit to this restaurant was very disappointing. I got a sausage croissant combo. The bread was much thicker than in the past. The hash brown patty was half the size its been in the past. The sausage patty was half the usual size. About an 1/8 of an inch. Ill never go back.

Food is all right, but the service there is horrible! When you order something they will end up giving you something else. The employees are always in a sour mood. Hate the service, rather go to the burger king a block away. All the other jack in the box i have been to have great service. Its just this ONE.

this jack in the box is the slowest fast food resturnt out there. it sucks that its the close to were i live. i go to burger king on the next coner. if you go in the drive thru they always tell you to pull your car over and wait for a long time till they bring you your order. the food is good though.
