I was shocked just how bad this Islands is. First, the restaurant smells. We had 2 different burgers and a soup and salad. The burgers were inedible and, although we arrived half hour after opening, the fries were at least a day old, tiny broken bits and hard as rocks. The salad was uneventful and boring and the soup looked like vomit. I was a guest at lunch or I would have sent this slop back. I am just glad I ate very little of it as my stomach is concurring with this review.

This was quite refreshing, a good burger with a variety flavor options, at a fair price... The plain fries had a good flavor, but slightly cold. The sweet potato fries were slightly disappointing could and use a special sauce to compliment them.. Service was ok, we were placed behind the bar in a booth seating and seemed to be forgotten about at times... They seemed to have split the servers in a secluded area which would make the waiters job difficult to stay on top of.

AMAZING! Loved the food, service, and atmosphere. We didnt have to wait at all for our seats (we didnt even reserve). The food was fantastic! We all got burgers and they were fabulous, kids menu is great, classified into ages and fabulous food options. The milkshakes were FABULOUS and we enjoyed them a lot. Service was great, quick, and friendly. Also the booths were comfy and enjoyable. Overall amazing and would definitly come here again!!!

Love this place, it has a very nice atmosphere and friendly staff! I only had the veggie patties within the burger and they are great! And you have a great side of huge and crispy onion rings or savory and endless fries! Its suitable for vegetarian or vegan as you can always ask to exclude the cheese from the burger. Its easy to park there and If they are full you can wait in the bar area that is very nice too! Totally going back!

Patrick was great at the bar. My girlfriend and I came here for a playoff game one sunday and after a young lady to our left regurgitated into her own plate of food, as nasty as it was, Patrick offered our tab on the house. How awesome is it of an establishment to offer something so great for something thats not their fault. Patrick is awesome and so is the management. If youre visiting Venice this place is recommended.

Walked in, and then walked right out. Disgusting. Smells like musty moldy air. Overbearing cleaning products. Bathrooms smell like complete urine and it lingers into the dining area. Say the kitchen and behind the bar and it was so gross, the floors a mess. Would never eat here, fear of getting sick, which is why I walked right out.

Worst service ever just to get a drink waited 30 min when I was sitting at the bar...then got drink and it was wrong ordered nachos before food they were brought with the food been coming here for over 15 yrs sadly will be my last waiter did not even care about making order correct would give minus 5 stars if I could...

I highly recommend for Great service, fast and efficient, you wont wait too long to have your food. Theres a security attendant at the parking, theres a nice lady standing at the door, tasty, juicy, and savory burger, and also clean rest rooms. I hope you guys keep it smell fresh and clean for real. More power.

The food was good but the service was beyond horrible. I dont know what made our server so mad but he seemed to hate us from the minute we sat down. We ordered drinks and got then about 15 minutes later. If you come here sit at the bar at least you will get your drinks fast.

I was happily surprised you could switch from beef to a turkey burger without any cost. Bottomless sodas was nice too. I didnt try the beer selection but it seemed decent. I heard something about free refill of fries as well, but I was full after my meal so I skipped it.

Grabbed some beers and watched a hockey game here at the bar. The beer selection is beyond your average Budweiser/Coors Light combo. They have some good local pours. Although we didnt order the food, the prices looked fair and portions were large from what we saw.

I love Islands because of their bottomless fries! I was looking for one nearby and lo and behold, here it was! Its also great because its next to the beach, so Id definitely recommend coming by at least once when you are hungry after a day at Venice Beach!

This is our number 1 location for comfort food. Burgers, fries, salad, soup, tacos, and chicken sandwiches. I have tried almost everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. Just wish they would bring back the Cola Lime Ice they used to serve.

I have been coming here for years and years. I used to live right down the street and came here a couple times a week. Now I live in AZ and come whenever I am in town. Still the same great food and good service. Cheddar Fries... Need I say more?

The atmosphere is great but the food progressively gets worse in the portions get progressively smaller I used to love this place but I got to say I cant come back anymore I keep giving it a shot and I always promised myself never to return

Food was great for the price, the waiters were really caring and friendly. . The only thng I didnt enjoy was the restroom. There was only 2 stalls available and a long line. Overall I liked this place and the fun atmosphere.

I was not impressed my burger had way too much mustared and was brought out with our appetizers so my burger was cold by the time i ate it ...way over priced for my experiance and for a basic burger that was not worth it

By far the best service Ive received out here, and pretty great food. Definitely worth going to if youre in the mood for a burger. Was also pleasantly surprised that they had a wheat bun option for their burgers.

Good service. Nice atmosphere. I had the nachos and they were pretty good. My husband had the burger and said it was a good burger. Margaritas were fine. For this crazy area it was a good place to go. :)

Service was never great, and for just a burger and a coke, it seems a bit steep to be paying almost $20 by the time youre out the door. Food was fine, but high price and poor service knock the two stars

Decent tacos, chips and salsa, margaritas and burgers. Margs couldve been a little better and nothing super memorable, but good nonetheless and we had a lot of fun! Good bar with TVs and group seating.

Its Islands so what can you say? I like that they have ample parking and their bar area is large so if you go for happy hour, its usually easy to find a seat. The music is a little loud.
