Im hard to impress. I work in sales/retail so I know the things businesses should do to show great service and what businesses do to fall short. Since my experience in retail spans approx. 17 years, Im very aware of the thin line from great to not so great. This location is wonderful. The best part about coming here is the employees. They are genuinely kind, inviting and accomodating. They are always busy here but never make you feel rushed or that you are just another person to come and go in a sea of customers. They look you in the eye, smile, ask questions about how they can do better, and say "thank you" every chance they get. When it is not busy they do not stand around laughing, joking, or playing around. They are wiping down counters and preparing pizza boxes and refilling their veggies and other toppings. They are cleaning off their lobby chairs and tables. The are extremely attentive to the customer and spring right into action to assist. Seems like they are not hindered by tunnel-vision at all. They are actively looking for their customers so they are available to assist without having the customer waiting. What is most impressive is that the employees genuinely seem to like working here and like taking care of the customers. If I had to guess I would say that the store management here is exceptionally gifted when it comes to choosing the right people to be their employees and they probably care a great deal about the customer experience and it is evident in the way their employees treat the customers and perform their job. This place is truly a model for how a business treats their customers. I expect this place to thrive due to their hard work and attention to detail as well as their exceptional customer service. Job well done. Oh, and the food is great. :-)

Blaze is a healthier alternative to fast food dining if you choose your toppings wisely. You can also walk out with a pizza for under $10. This custom designed pizza parlor is like the assembly line at Chipolte restaurants. You tell the pizza makers what ingredients you want on your pizza. Executive Chef Bradford Kent of Olio pizza in Los Angeles was hired to create the perfect pizza crust. great. He is teaches the Pizzasmith’s at blaze how to ferment the dough. It took Kent over one year to create the pizza dough for Blaze Pizza. It is a special perfectly round 11" crust that is formed in a pizza press. The Blaze Pizza dough is handled with respect. The overnight fermentation process gives it a special and unique flavor and consistency. I ordered the Art Lover Pizza with artichokes, mozzarella, ricotta, chopped garlic, red sauce dollops. The bright red tomatoes are ripe and sweet. They sell 6 different types of salads for those who want some greens with their dough. Located in the West End of the Farmers Market. They valet your ticket to get out of the large parking lot for free if you stay under 90 minutes.

These Subway-style pizza chains are springing up all over the country (Mod Pizza, Uncle Maddios, etc.), and Blaze is certainly very good. I enjoyed my make-your-own pizza. The crust was chewy yet crispy and tasted delicious. Service was quick and everyone was very friendly. My only complaint was the server seemed to skimp on the toppings. A large portion of the pizza actually had no toppings, and I think I was given 3 small slices of green pepper in one corner. You would have thought the lady behind the counter was giving up veggies from her own garden! Next time, I will just ask for more toppings until I am satisfied. Still, a minor quibble as the ultimate concern is taste, and Blaze certainly has a lot of that going for it.

Terrible service. The most inefficient restaurant I have EVER been to. Five people in line in front of me and took 73 minutes from walking in to getting my pizza. Everyone raved about this place so I patiently waited through the AWFUL service, staff apathy and terrible processes. Guess what? The pizza is a 2/10. No thanks, never again. Ordered two cheese pizzas, that were taken out at separate times. One burned. One not cooked. They both sat out for over 10 minutes until they were cut. The restaurant was busy and dirty. I would give zero stars if I could. Go anywhere else for pizza in Los Angeles. Like, literally anywhere else. The Pizza Hut inside Target? Way better choice.

I worked in this kind of pizza place and its identical except for the oven. We had a traditional firewood oven made in Italy. The thoug was hand made in front of you. Everything is great about the food and ingredients. If you dont like your pizza maybe you doing something wrong at choosing. THERES A JUST A DETAIL ABOUT THIS PLACE. Each worker should go down the line w the current customer that they are assisting. And they should not use the ugly nasty SHARPY (MARKER)

Tolles Konzept. Build your Own mit so vielen Möglichkeiten die Pizza zu belegen. Soviel man möchte. Für weniger als 9$. Tolles Personal. Freundlich und auch bei voller Hütte wird sich Zeit für jeden genommen. Thank you Garren!

Its my first time coming to Blaze Pizza and I fell in love! Ive been to other "make your own pizza" locations and what was I thinking?! These ingredients are always fresh and they really care about customer service here. They went the extra mile to make my vegetarian pizza right, they even switched out their gloves for sanitary reasons! You cant beat the price either. I will definitely be back with my friends.

Go here a lot, was there last night and usually just go for the simple pie. I love this place because the food is extremely affordable and 90% of the time the pizzas are delicious. I usually order one pie & eat the entire things. It keeps me full for the whole night - in other words the portion of one pie per person is perfect.

My boyfriend ended up with good poisoning the last time we were there. They were really unorganized. The kept forgetting whose order was whos they kept calling an order for someone who never showed up they did not have to-go boxes prepared. We used to love this place but after our last experience we will never go back again.

Although parking is difficult and there were lots of people around, I was glad to be able to get my Blaze fix. Always pleasant to get fresh toppings/ingredients on my pizza. Employees and management provided great service. Too bad that 5 stars is the most we can give to this location.

This place is the Subway of pizza making. Theyve got all the ingredients laid out for you to pick what youd like, along with a list of house specials. I also ordered a salad, which was premade, and served in a plastic clamshell. Everything was also super greasy. Not impressed.

Three stars because there counter was super messy. As a non vegan I didnt care too much, however my vegan girlfriend was mortified. She said its not enough to offer vegan options if the employees are going to cross contaminate the food.

The plant branch turn out to be a habit , and a pleasure to go eat every week end, especially with such great people like klee or ksee not sure about the name but pretty sure about her politeness and smile on her face.
