Very terrible customer service. My husband and I went there one evening and the lady /owner was very rude. She started to wait on us and then walked away to clean a table off then she came back and we ordered but she walks away again when we tried to pay her to clean some more. I wanted to substitute something on my order like I had done before and this time she says no that item is not allowed on that platter. Shes very rude and the food wasnt even good this time. Its been my favorite place for a long time but since this lady took over, we dont like going there anymore. She really ruined a good thing. I adore the last owner she was so sweet and kind and she remembered our names after moving out of state for 10 years . The food was 100% better when she was there. I will find another Chinese food restaurant to go to from now on.

The food was ok. I give it a one star because the customer service was atrocious. The waiter/owner was very rude. She got a little angry when I tried to share food with my boyfriend and pulled our plates away from both of us and said we werent allowed to share. She kept interrupting us when we were placing our order. If you go there dont dine in. Youll be in for an unpleasant time.

I give it a one star review the service is terrible the waitress is very disrespectful and rude to the customers. The waitress came to our table 5 times to complain about us ordering too much food then asking for a tip after yelling at me and my wife. After that Im never going to eat there again

The food is up to par and the price is good. The old lady that runs the place is extremely rude and ruins the entirety of the dine in experience. Theres definitely better to dine in town that are as cheap and if not better, such as; Ming Sing and Sky Wok. (Great customer service as well)

come from galt to go here once a month..... for the money you get 3 times as much food as panda......and great tasting fast and fresh
