Febrero 21/2016 Llegue temprano con mi familia para ser el primero en entrar. El horario de apertura es a las 11 am. Pero la persona que llego a abrir el lugar, no traía la llave de la puerta. Espere hasta las 11:15 Am pero no abrieron. Una persona dijo que ya había pasado lo mismo el día anterior. Decepcionado! Tuve que ir a otro lugar.

Went here for their "banner waving" lunch time "all the pizza and salad you could eat" a couple of days ago. As we arrived, they were arrived with salad stuff to put in the salad bar. Had to wait ~15 minutes for the pizza...ONE pizza, half Hawaiian/half pepperoni. My husband not a meat eater so had to pick off the ham from the Hawaiian. Salad bar marginal. Table, salad bar, front counter, floor all look dirty. Yucko. Dont even want to know what their kitchen looks like. Will not go back.

Pizza factory at lockford is really socks.we were having PIZZA and watching tv but all of a sudden we felt very annoying and uncomfortable. 1 sales girl with tattoos all over her body came and changed tv channel without asking any customer and gave us very dirty looks.not only tht when we ask to go box. She jst ignored us .nxt time we are never going to any pizza factory anymore.

Theyve got great food, but dont trust theyre wait times lately they take a lot longer then they say to get your pizza made like my quote was for 25 minutes and after 40 minutes they tell my fiance to give em another 15. So beware the long wait times.

56 minutes for a small pizza that was kind of raw and soggy, they didnt apologize for the time it wasnt busy and they didnt offer any cheese or pepper after I said I wanted it to go very disappointed with your service
