I normally order one pizza couple times a week, but last week on Monday, I needed two. Their Mon/Tue deals are ALL pizzas 50% off based on regular price menu. I called in the order, mentioned that I want your todays deal and ordered two pizzas. The guy hangs up as soon as I mentioned what I wanted, didnt even ask me for my name, no thank you, ok or anything. Very Rude, and unprofessional. This is not the way he is going to keep his customers coming back to him. They charged my husband over $35 for 2 medium pizzas, telling him that the deal is only for the large. Even if they charged him based on large, it would have still been less. If it was me picking up the pizzas, I would have left them both. I definitely will not be doing any business here. I will do business somewhere where people are kind, family oriented and they care about you and the service, even if the food isnt all that great, but no matter how good the food is, if people are not ethical enough and are corrupt, I will never go back there. Very dishonest people or it would even be considered fraudulent advertising... If the owner has Hired help, he definitely needs to have a chat with them. Be aware!!!

This is the 3rd time in the past year where I have ordered a pizza and have been VERY disappointed with the service as well as the quality of the food. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza tonight (and stupid me, I did not check that it was indeed the pizza I ordered) but instead I was given an Italian pizza. I called back and was informed that "This is what you ordered so keep it". I called back to talk with the manager and he said he would replace the pizza. But by this time with this being the 3rd wrong order in a year, the haughty response from the clerk, and the fact that I live 15 minutes away, I declined his offer. That said, I will NEVER order from this establishment again.

Overall incredible pizza no problems picking up or anything. The issue is the delivery. It seems they get lost all too often or mix up the pizzas. Standard for a lot of pizzerias however not as often as this one.. The taste of the pizza has made up for any shortcomings , with that being said Id say this is the best pizza in MH delivery issue aside. Advisable to pickup when you can. The toppings are fresh and the simple yet seemingly delicate taste is what draws my attention and keeps me coming back for more. Ive yet to try a pizza that compares with their garlic chicken ! Delicious

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered 2 large pizza a 2 sodas at 6:20 pm I called at 7:30 and said my pizza never arrived they said the driver delivered them already and they would have to investigate. Its now 8:34 and still dont have my pizzas. I have already filed a dispute with my bank and will be reporting it to the better business Bureau Tomorrow.. Dont order pizza from them it cost me 70.00 and 2 hours later I still dont have my pizza

Im from out of town and was here on business. The staff was uninviting and unprofessional to the point of when i was supposed to order i just left and went across the street to palminas pizza which was the polar opposite. He greeted me with enthusiasm and was very courteous.

The crust is pretty good and you can order thin or thick crust. They are great with custom requests and they provide a 2 liter of soda if you pick it up yourself. We usually order the pepperoni pinapple

Best pizza delivery in MH. Can order online where it remembers previous orders, really convenient. The few times Ive talked to them on the phone theyve always been courteous and quick.

Don not trust these place. Shamir bait n switched the coupons. Very bad business practices. I do not trust them. Very suspect in their business practices. Have the receipt to verify.

Phone orders need to be WAYY more respectable and polite.. im sick of calling in and the words "can i help you" cut me off.. it should be "hello, HOW MAY I HELP YOU (sir/maam)"

This is by far the best pizza Ive had. The price isnt a killer either. Friendly staff as well with quick service. Online ordering is convenient as well.
