Went for the first time with my gf to try their fried chicken. The place was empty when we got there but we still had trouble getting someone to okay attention to us to take our order. They finally did and we ordered the dried chicken and rice. We were told it would be 10-15 mins but 40 mins later we had no food and no one would talk to us. People who came in long after us got their appetizers and meals and were done before we got anything. They didnt even offer us a water. Our chicken was done in 15 mins but sat on the counter uncovered for 35 mins before the rice and veggies were done so everything was stone cold with no apologies. Pretty much the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant that I can remember. Will never go back here. Its dirty and grungy inside and service is non existent. Save your money and time.

Overcooked yellow rice. Balado eggs just a plain hardboiled egg covered with balado sauce, sauce tastes like instant spice sold in the jar. Cold dessert just served using reusable small plastic cup, far different from picture and content far different from menus description. Pre-occupied staff, talking to other customer too much and did not pay attention to a waiting customer. Another customer seemed doesnt feel comfortable being asked too far by the lady staff. She asked every customers phone number and their complete names, written on her book. To other customer, she asked their address. She intended to move her business to somewhere better. She forget that customers are there for shopping and or dining purpose.

Try fish wrapped with Tumeric .. wow .. so delicious .. and many kind of spicy foods available if you like hot stuffs, the owner is very friendly too. The owner is planning to implement cashback programs for all customers, please re-visit the store and ask about it. Hopefully this cashback program will start in early March 2015. Basically its called "Money Back With Every Purchase" program, means we could save money every time we shop/buy things from Indo Ranch. Ask info for details when visiting Indo Ranch. They will be glad to answer your concerns.

My friend whos Indonesian took me here and I was impressed how flavorful the dishes were. Reminds me of a blend of Thai and Indian food without heavy curry. Flavors are more delicate. Try the indonesian beef rendang.

If you just want to try or curious about Indonesian food this place is ok. The server is friendly. Food is tasty and they have a grocery inside. Some dishes are spicy so ask server first.
