I ordered the Monster Bowl that includes 5 types of cubed seafood mixed in a tart poke sauce. Its hard to determine whether the fish was fresh from its taste since a cloy and creamy sauce containing mayonnaise was applied directly onto the seafood. However, based on the fact that Wow Bento occasionally sells out and the restaurant is closed on weekends, the high turnover suggests that all the ingredients they use are reasonably fresh. The cucumbers, avocado, and imitation crab in my bowl were pleasantly refreshing and definitely not spoiled. My favorites in the Monster Bowl were the albacore and octopus. Through all the sauce, the albacore still retained some natural "seared" flavor. I particularly liked its meaty texture. The octopus was my second favorite. Because the octopus had been properly softened, it had the reasonable tender/slightly chewy mouthfeel. Unfortunately, I was not a fan of the white rice and wasabi. Im not sure if Wow Bento uses proper technique for preparing Japanese sushi rice, because the rice didnt taste like it was mixed with any vinegar. The white rice tasted very plain. In addition, the wasabi was the worst Ive ever had. It was a watery paste that had originated from a cheap squeeze bottle. The flavor of horseradish was way too harsh and overbearing to be used in this type of bowl.

Literllay the best poki Ive had thus far. Ive had some pretty bad experiences when it came to poki bowls so I had a sour taste in my mouth prior to trying this place, but I was getting my car serviced up the street and I was craving rice. I kept my bowl pretty simple with just shrimp & scallop but it was still packed with flavor and reasonably priced! This will for sure become my new little food spot when I go and get my car serviced from now on! Side note: did have a little trouble finding it since its hidden in like a little business park, but I didnt noticed until I was halfway through my bowl there a big flag at the street that says "POKI!"

This place is small and you cant even tell there is a restaurant there as it is the middle of a bunch of office buildings. The poke bowl is amazing. The fish is fresh and you have your choice of brown or white rice, salad, 3 fish choices for the small bowl and toppings. I like to get half rice and half salad.

WOW BENTO is hands down the best poke in OC - maybe the world. My entire office is hooked and from the length of the lines so is everyone else. Splurge on the monster bowl. Not really a spot to hang out at (limited seating) but worth picking up and enjoying someplace else.

There are fancier and hipper poke places but this ones the best in quality, run by a friendly crew of Koreans. The spicy sauce is good but ask for the Korean Cho go chu jang sauce. Its the only poke place Ill go to, the rest are low quality bandwagon jumping riffraff.

I usually order from them once every week but todays order was very disappointing. I had asked for extra masago and ginger and both ingredients were totally missing from my poke bowl today.. Not happy with their poor service! What a waste of money:(

Anyis is top notch! Great food, Good prices. A small family owned business offering very fresh Sandwiches, Soups, Salads, etc. They also serve Breakfast. One really nice feature - Anyi remembers your name. You dont get that from a big chain!
