Food is good, love the place, but the employees horrible. Customer Service is HORRIBLE, so it ruins the goodness of the food and the niceness of the place. After a hard day of word people just want to at least have a pleasant peaceful lunch, and to have to put up with rude people who are serving your lunch needs, and are rude, and have a long face. Not, nice at all. We all have bad days but, I tested this theory. Ive been there many times just to make sure I gave it a fair chance, and the people as well. It was the same all times rudeness, no customer service at all. I asked about an iced coffee? when I know they have different flavors and the worker some young girl, skinny with curly dark hair, glasses, kinda nerdy (no offense at all) she said no all we have is regular and walked away left me with the words in my mouth. also, I believe its one of the lady owners very rude. I mean there in business because of my/and many others business, why not be nice. There not doing me a favor Im doing them a favor, I pay for my food, its not free why the treatment?

Wow. What a find...we had their chicken salad, ham and cheese sandwhich and their breakfast burrito ... and it was all delicious. Atmosphere, service, and food was great. We highly recommend Cachi.

Great coffee. You can get it served in a mug instead of a paper cup. Good service and comfortable atmosphere. Close to Kaiser and businesses. Convenient to freeways.
