The convenient online ordering did not work. I called and got disconnected. I called again and complained about being disconnected.i was told there were only two people working. I was placed on hold for a very long time. I drove there. I told the young lady that I was the person that called, got hung up on, called again and was placed on hold. I asked for her manager. She informed me that she was the manager. I doubt it, but she had no name tag and told me she could take my order. I told her the order needed to be correct. We are always missing something. She told me she only takes correct orders. It is sad, because the food is good. The service NEVER is.

Ive been to this pick up stix 3 times. First time I thought maybe I just came on a bad day because the vegetables werent looking too good. I only liked the wonton soup. They use too much shredded carrots in their sir-fries. Then just last night I happened to park my car nearby while dining at another restaurant. I came back to find that they had improperly disposed of their garbage and got some rice on the side of my car. I wont be going there ever again.

Pick Up Stix is a Chinese fast food chain, but rather than tubs of pre-made food every item is made to order. The food is Americanized but still great. I equate it with PF Changs, but better service. My favorite is the House chicken, it is a unique dish, better than House beef.

Yummy food - cream cheese wontons, house chicken and fried rice are all delicious. Also recommend the chicken pad-thai. Generally quick service but at times not the fastest. Would give the place a five if the service was a bit faster... Ive had long waits for pick ups before.

The Salmon is fantastic! All of the food is really good. The only reason I could not give 5 stars is because there is one employee that is so rude and keeps me from coming more often.
