Customer service sucks. All the patrons about 30 were Chinese we were the only non Chinese and we were refused service and were seated 20 feet away by ourselves. After sitting for 30 minutes watching the dim sum cart and waiters avoid us, I walked to a counter with a water pitcher to get ice water, the TWO waiters leaning on the counter yelled, NO, NO YOU SERVER WILL DO! I told them we havent been served they didnt help. I lived in Hawaii for 8 years I am half Asian and I will NEVER return. Nobody served us after asking for almost an hour. With the internet, you would think people would be a tad bit considerate. Left angry, no food, no service , ignored and disrespected.

I always enjoy going here especially when I want to eat fresh stir fry vegetables, but I have to say that they lost money today because the have bad customer service. My mom and I were seated but then disregarded for 5 minutes. They never came to give hot tea or asked us if we were ready to order. I even raised my hand to indicate we were ready to order but no one came for the next 5 minutes. It wasnt even busy. Its not like it was dinner rush. I dont know if it was a new waiter or what, but after minutes of waiting we felt disregarded then left.

i have been coming in Sam Woo since college year. There is a lot of good memory about this restaurant. They may not have high end decoration and best service (some of my friend think they are not...sorry) but I appreciate for they keep good quality for so many years... good roast dock, salt water chicken... lunch special price is good and fast service... you can sit down and eat quickly even you have only 40 minutes lunch break....

Ive been going here for about 11 years and its always been affordable and absolutely delicious. Immediately after we enter the store we are greeted and seated to our table. I always get Won-ton Soup, Seafood Chowmein with pan fry noodles, and BBQ Pork. Their portions are big for the price we pay. We love going back here when we are in the area. Definitely would recommend to anyone who happens to be in the area.

Ive been her e a couple of times. Their food is good but sometimes not consistent. Everytime we go there, we would order roast duck and other dishes. But last time we order the roast duck, it was soggy. It wasnt that consistent but I still go yo Sam woo cozy their food is not bad and they server the food really fast. Once you ordered, youll be expecting to see your food soon.

Quality has gone a bit downhill, or maybe just the last few times the meats have been a bit chewy or fatty. The other Sam Woos in Irvine is still as good as ever, maybe an isolated location. But a nice experience overall, atmosphere and service. Cant go wrong with guests in town.

This location for Chinese BBQ is okay but not great. The BBQ is on the pricey side and some of the cuts can be dry. In addition, some of the dishes in the restaurant are not very generous with the meat. Probably one of the better BBQ spots in Rowland, but its average at best.

The food is so good here. The Pan fried noodles, shrimp fried rice, with Sataed green beans with garlic and Lobster. All authentic flavors. My family and I have been going to San Woo bq restaurants for years. Recommended to all who want great Chinese food.

Great good. Ive been going to Sam Woos for decades but usually the Chinatown location. You cant go wrong with the duck, steamed chicken,roast pork, black bean beef chowfun but so far everything Ive tried has been very good.

Great Food! Godly Pork-Chops and Peking Duck. No Dim Sum. Friendly Service. Family style restaurant. Wait was little to none. I will definitely come back! One of the best Hong-Kong style Chinese food places ever.

this was sam woo..now all these guys didnt want the franchise and stole the recipes and changed their names. regardless it is still one of the best places to eat americanized chinese favorites.

One of my favorite places to eat. The lunch combos are a great deal. Comes with rice and soup. The portions are large. Just have plenty of water. The food is a bit salty but tasty.
