I can only say the experience ordering from this location was horrible. (First time ordering as I am new to this area) I ordered the pizza originally online. I received a confirmation email stating my order and about 48 minutes later, the delivery guy brought us the wrong pizza. I called this location and behold the person answering the phone stated it was my fault in the first place because I ordered online. Can you believe this moron? Especially when I stated I have an email receipt with the proper order in that email. Though the moron stated it was still my fault. I called a supervisor, I tried to re-order the right pizza, they wanted to give me a 15 dollar credit. What a crap of &%&%$%$%. I refused and wanted a refund, where I was told she, as a manager, does not have the permission to refund anything, and I have to wait for the "GENERAL MANAGER to get my refund, but only after 5pm. Well I am waiting for 5pm and calling them again. If I dont get my refund, I will just chargeback the transaction through my credit card provider. I would stay away from ordering from this place. They are unprofessional, and dont know how to treat their customers.

I love pizza hut... I have always had good experiences with them but not this location... well it all started when I called and this lady answered the phone she said the normal stuff they say then when she asked what I would like and she started being rude then she repeated my order and it was all wrong then she started yelling at me saying don't tell me how to do my job I asked for a manager and she was nice but then reading my order she stoped talking and with out telling me to hold she puts the phone down I was there on hold hearing phones ring and every thing I hung up called back asked for a manager again the lady put me on hold again and I was there like ten mins hung up again called back the manager picked up and she said we where having problems with the phone but every time we called some one picked up and hung up we asked for some type of reimbursement and the manager said no... never eating there again....

So.. right in line with the other reviews.. this Pizza Hut probably survives solely on the franchise name on the building. The pizza was what it was a pirate carved out of the same ingredients all PHs are required to.. and it stops there. I didnt want to wait 60 mins for delivery when the store was 2.6 miles away. So we drive there and find the kid who I assume is the delivery driver walking back from behind the Bush with his 3 ragtag buddies and stragglers in with a look of disdain because a customer decides to show up just prior to closing.. he then fails to alert the other staff that there are customers at the front. The place seems dilapidated for such a newer area.. the lady who I assume is the owner was nice enough. She needs to do a staff review. 1 star for the classic video games.

ordered pizza at 11:40pm it stated online that it would be ready and delivered within 30min I only have 30min for lunch so I sat outside and waiting by 12:15pm no one arrived I called and talk to the manager she stated we told you it would be 50-55min I told no it said 30 min she then wanted to offer a 1/2 discount I said no because it wasnt fair she gave me a free pizza and said it should be her in twenty min well its now 12:55pm 1 hour and 15 min since I ordered and pizza still isnt here "NEVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE"also I called one last time and talk to Alex and he said that the driver was still on a delivery prior to mine and that he went far and he didnt know when he would be back 12:56 pm still no pizza.

I understand that Pizza Hut is not supposed to be a fine dining experience but I did expect it to be employed by somewhat competent and friendly people. I did not expect to be yelled at by two angry, swearing employees, one of whom was the manager. I nicely asked why the price was so high ($15 more) since I ordered the deal on the phone. I waited a good 15 minutes for them to correct it (the first employee passed it on to the manager because he got so angry...at the register). In the end, they still wouldnt give me the deal they told me they would over the phone. When I left they were yelling at some other customers too. Not an inviting atmosphere, even for just picking up a pizza. Avoid it at all costs.

Our experiences have been nothing but horrible!! Our last company order on the 18th of April, our delivery took almost 2 hours. When I spoke to the shift leader Adrian he stated that our company would receive "full store credit" for future purchase. I attempted to place an order to claim the credit only to be told by the manager that Adrian had "misspoken" and the store only gives up to 10 dollars customer credit. Sorry 10 does not equal a 90 + dollar credit that was promised. From now on it will be Dominoz or Papa Johns....

Ive been reading the other reviews about the service and I dont really agree. Ive never had any problems with the store and the attitudes arent THAT bad. Their pizza has always been good. The delivery person(s) seem cool. I think Id prefer that employees at fast food should be themselves and not put on some fake facade. You people giving these horrable reviews should get over yourselves. Ive been working customer service for years and its almost always the customer with the attitude. No I dont work for Pizza Hut

My wife place an order. Then called back to make sure the order was taken right since the cashier was struggling. The order was completely wrong. We decided we needed to speak to a manager, she got on the phone and said she would not give us a free pizza!! Our response was we never asked for anything free!! We can pay our pizza!! The manager made my wife feel horrible. She assume that we wanted something for free. Horrible experience never buying a pizza from here again. There are many other great pizza places.

Went with a couple of my friends and it was completely empty and i ordered a large pepperoni pizza. Ended up getting a pizza with garlic bread crust? Never saw a pizza with that type of crust and no pepperoni. 10 minutes after i ordered the pizza i ordered breadsticks. After we FINISHED the pizza i asked about my bread sticks and the girl said to wait up. Apperantly they hadnt even started when i ordered them. The employees were overall really friendly but the service was not the best

Well, I ordered dinner at 8PM tonight ... and ... it is still not here. I called the location to see where the order was and was just informed by a very rude representative that it has not gone out ... and it will not be going out for another 30 to 40 minutes. SERIOUSLY?!?! SERIOUSLY?!?!?! I normally order from Dominos, but figured it would be a nice change. I will not be ordering from a pizza hut franchise again ... ever.
