We have been going to Little America occasionally for breakfast, lunch or dinner and have always found the food to be delicious. We hadnt yet tried it since the big remodel, so decided to have dinner there for Easter. The new remodeled lobby is gorgeous, including beautiful geode displays and tables in the lobby. We were very excited to see the updated decor. Although the service was good, the menu changes are not! Gone were all of our favorites and the remaining limited items are so over priced its ridiculous! My husband order a $30 prime rib dinner, which was not at all tender, in fact quite the opposite. I was undecided about the Easter Lamb special or a pasta dish, but after the waitress told me the lamb was exceptional, I ordered that high priced meal. Big mistake! The majority of the dish was bone, the little meat that was on the bone, was tough, full of gristle and inedible. The manager stopped by to thank us for coming, but never asked how are meals were, and believe me, I was very prepared to tell her. The only thing we enjoyed was the french onion soup, everything else was overpriced and not palatable enough to be worth even 1/2 the price. To add insult to injury our check arrived and for two soups, two dinners and two cocktails our total was $89 (and I couldnt even eat mine!) Very disappointing to say the least. We will not be back.

I needed to get out of the heat of Phoenix for a couple of days so I reserved a room at Little America. I really like this hotel and restaurant, and looked forward to a relaxing stay. I was not disappointed. The room was very clean and quiet. After checking in I went to the restaurant for some very delicious grilled fish tacos. They were really outstanding! I am never disappointed by the meals I have had here. After lunch I walked the two-mile trail through the Ponderosa pines. For dinner I had probably the most delicious rib-eye steak I have ever eaten. Perfectly grilled and seasoned, it couldnt have been better. Denver omelette for breakfast with hash browns and coffee and I was off, back to the heat of the Valley of the Sun! This hotel and restaurant is the perfect place to stay when you just want to park the car and never have to go anywhere else for a while. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, and the staff is well trained and efficient.

We have been stopping at Little America since our daughter was a baby. We all used to look forward to stopping for lunch or dinner and visiting the gift shop. This year it has been renovated, but not improved in our humble opinion. Lunch for 3 was $75 and the choices were so limited we all had to settle for something we really didnt want. All of our old favorites were gone. I ordered a club soda with lime and they brought me a tonic water because they were out of club soda. I dont like tonic water so I didnt drink it, but they refused to take it off the bill! I was so shocked I didnt argue and just reduced the tip. Then we went to the gift shop hoping to salvage our trip and found that it has also changed drastically. Our daughter was so disappointed she left in tears. We have been stopping here for 15 years, but never again.

Had the best service. The minute you get there, the manager welcomes you and takes you to your table. They immediately took drink orders and apetisers. 2 min later, they are all in front of us. The chef there is fast. The make omlettes like its no big deal. Food is awesome, staff is friendly, and place is wonderful.

The service was mediocre at best. Went in at 2 pm. They had a turkey dinner on the lunch menu. Everything was extremely bland. The gravy was a bunch of cornstarch and hardly any flavor. Potatoes just tasted off. Would not recommend.

This is a horrible excuse for a fine dining establishment. The menu is outdated and for the food they serve, no where near worth the price. Give this one a miss folks.

It closed a long time ago. There is a new restaurant there. It has been massively remodeled. Nice looking BUT very very expensive.

This restaurant is very nice. The food was great, service great, and acceptable prices; almost cheap during happy hour.
