One of the worst service in my opinion. We came here after a long decision of where to go eat. Bad decision on our part, after spending $22 on an 8 piece combo, they refuse to give us more than 2 BBQ sauces. I only asked for the sauces I was going to eat. After talking to the manager and owner, they still were arguing that its the company policy to give only 2 sauces. Very disappointed at this location, I do not recommend it. Its my last time Ill ever come to this location. Save yourself self some aggravation, go to Subway or someone else.

Though this Popeyes has been wonderful in the past, it has been slowly going downhill. For what might be our last trip here, the drive thru was closed, it took at least 15 minutes just to pay too much for the Tuesday special, wait for more than another half hour in the overcrowded dining room to get chicken that tasted of freezer burn, and an incomplete order, for which I had to return and start the whole process of waiting over again.

I dont go to Popeyes very much and most that I have gone to do not have a drive thru but this one here in Garden Grove does have a drive thru. Ive been here twice and the damn drive thru takes to damn long . I have no complaints about the food or anything else just the damn drive thru and once youre in it youre stuck theres no way out of it .its b******* s*** man! just for that you get one star homeboy.

They always forget our food and then have to wait 35 minutes to make sure its all there and it never is! We specifically asked if our sides were in the bag and they confirmed it was but it never is!!!! Try calling too. They never pick up the phone. They are kids and unprofessional. And the food is stale:(

Worst service I ever experienced. Waited in drive thru while two guys in a mini van talked to some one inside for ten minutes. When I got to window the van was parked and the guys were on the patio talking to two female employees and one of the guys kept coming to the window

Ive had Popeyes before at other locations but the chicken I bought last Tuesday in this location wasnt flavorful enough. I got spicy and regular but they both tasted alike. Maybe the seasoning was off cuz the other Popeyes I went to were bomb. Add more cajun spice perhaps?

Food is good, but parking lot is very small, and not easily navigated. People are pretty Rude, and you have to recheck your order carefully; or it will be very difficult to get back to correct it, once back outside. Food is good, and the pace is clean

All I got to say is disorganized. Went to the drive through they made all the cars order first, than they asked us to park in the front. I waited about 20 min to get my food. The food was not that great, and felt like they rushed my food.

Always crowded for Tuesday, good price on chicken, but they never have spicy, I just heard them turn down 4-5 customers in a row because they dont have spicy ready... Seems like these issues could be fixed with better management...
