Let me start off by saying unbelievable. My wife this evening went in and ordered One chicken strip combo and 3 Poboy shrimp combos. When asked what drinks she wanted she told them and one drink was a diet drink. They told her that they didnt have any diet coke that they were out. First of all what kind of manager do they have that he doesnt know how to maintain product so they dont run out. Its bad enough that they only have one choice of diet drink. The girl that was helping my wife couldnt come up with a solution to the problem. My wife told her how about substituting the drink for another side. They need to be trained on problem solving. I wish I could say that was the issue, it only gets worse from here. So when my wife got home we unpacked the bag of food and we got the chicken strip combo and 3 Poboy shrimp sandwiches and thats it. They didnt give us our fries or substitute side. My wife left right away to drive all the way back to Popeyes and when she got there she continued to get the worst customer service that she has EVER received. She walked up to the counter and asked for a refund, everybody there ignored her including their so called manager. The bottom line they called my wife a liar and didnt do anything for her. These idiots really think its worth to let her sandwich get cold and drive all the way back there to make all this up. Wow!!!!!! If I could give no stars I would have. I really was excited when I heard that they were putting a Popeyes in my community but now I wish it was an Arbys. If they continue this kind of service they will be out of this town soon. They must think that they are the only place in town to eat at (I will never spend my hard earn money there again). Last time my family ever goes there.

This place sucks! This was our first time there and the place was dirty, dust and crumbs were on the tables. There were employees sitting on the customer tables, one of them had his jacket, cigarettes and other belongings on the table while he was working on the floor, then he sat next to us and tried to start a conversation that made my family feel uncomfortable. If employers are on their break the should have a place to take it, not among the customers annoying them with stupid talks!

I really enjoy this popeyes.. I live 30 minutes away but Im willing to drive all the way over there for my food. Its always fresh and it tastes great. Even though there was a little wait it was fine for me. I had the manager name crystal she came up to me and told me how long my order was going to take and she even asked me if I wanted a dessert well I was waiting. She was a bug help. I left the store very happy. My family and I enjoyed our food. I would give popeyes in Whittier a 10.

Just had my 1st experience with popeyes Louisiana kitchen here in whittier(6/7/16)..service was good staff was very friendly & helpfull. Never ate in one befor so was a bit excited to finally try it. Was very dissapointment in the food.ordered 2 pieces of cajun fish, got 2 pieces of broken soggy fish sticks

I dont think I"ll be returning. But trust me I"ve given them plenty of business. But Im tired of paying high prices for small pieces of chicken. I"m an adult not a little kid. And I stopped ordering the 3 pc chicken meal. Because the third piece was always some dried up shriveled piece of , I guess,chicken.

things wrong,service was horrible,tecniqual difficulties were not fixed,waiting time 1hour (48 min),having conversion,on their phone,soda pictures were missing(didnt know what we were getting), they told us we were waiting for fries and then after said we had fries. I do not recommend.

Fantastic! Popeyes is good especially with Franks red hot. Its pretty crowded right now since its the only popeyes in reach. Waited about 20 min but it was worth it. Im sure it will settle soon, or maybe not? If you go just be patient, keep calm, chicken will come.

The food is alright. The wait time in the drive through is low at times. The customer service can be poor - I have been there 4 times and of those 4 times, I have either not been given the right stuff or I get snarky attitude from a teenage employee.

For Chicken you cant go wrong with Popeyes its pricey if you order individually but we really never do. My 10 yr old loved the Green beans she usually cuts up ckn and grabs a bowl to mix the ckn and greens together. Anyway you eat it is all good.

I ordered the Spicy chicken family meal. The skin tasted burned; however, it didnt looked burned. Everything else wash bomb. Ill try the chicken one more time before I pass judgment. I take into consideration that the place was extremely packed.

The food here is good nothing extraordinary. The mashed potatoes and coleslaw are still better at KFC my major complaint here are the prices just really expensive. Id rather go to El pollo loco its cheaper and better tasting.

The only popeyes in these parts so the drive thru line is ALWAYS crazy long and takes a while to get through. However, the food is always hot and fresh, the restaurant is new and clean and the sides are always great

The food was Great! We ate inside & the tables were clean. The supervisor came out & told us you are fine but they were closing in 5 mins. Weird because it was only 10pm & the sign on the door said 11pm.

Good fried chicken, nice and crispy, not to greasy, the apple pies are really good, and the hot sauce is good. The place is not too crowded but it is also pretty small.
