First time coming in. Our cashier Lindsey was a sweetheart. Food was great!!! What bothered me was the lack of responsibility and the half poorly done job by some of the staff that were suppose to be "cleaning". One of the girls lacked a sense of urgency. She took her sweet time "cleaning". I watched her wipe down 3 tables towards the back of the restaurant and walk away from the trash she had just added to the floor of where those 3 tables were located. I wanted to give her the benefit of doubt and assumed she was going to return to sweep the trash up but she failed to do so. My husband and I spent 10 minutes just watching to see what she would do and she never came back to that part of the restaurant. I was tempted to pick up the trash myself and inform her she clearly missed a large section but honestly, because of the lack of work ethic on her part, my feedback wouldve just fallen on deaf ears. Its 8:30pm on a Saturday night. Your location is busy and youre ok with how you left the back of the restaurant? That make me question what else is half done. The restrooms? The kitchen? Needless to say, I will NEVER step foot into this location again. I cant, from a client & managerial stand point.

Chickie Fil, I am soooooooooooooooooo guilty.... Guilty, guilty, guilty.... Shame on me.... I am guilty of loading up on your International Delights coffee creamers & your plethora of dipping sauces. I cant help it! Im a kid in a candy store. Whatever delicious item I order that day, I take home more than my fair share, more than someone else share and more than someone else mothers share. Although, I am a customer who always enjoys your spotless restaurant and great, friendly service. Next time, Ill try to be more discreet

The customer service is great! The cashier Andrea H is very kind and treated me with respect. The restaurant was able to take my order and provide me great tasting food. I am returning especially because of the great customer service Andrea provided. It is a family friendly restaurant I definitely recommend!

I have visited Gridley-187th Chic-fil-A location numerous times. Each time their service has been excellent. The employees courtesy, quality of food, service is mind blowing. Feel like going back each time I pass by. The experience gives a taste of world class service.

I love this place. The customer service is really great. Even though its a fast food restaurant, one of the employee went to our table and offered us to refill our drinks for us. The environment is clean! And I would always come back here.

The drive through is always fast, courteous, and accurate. The inside has plenty of seating. Even though they are on the grounds of Cerritos Mall, they have their own parking lot so parking is never a problem.

The workers always greet you when you come in and leave Sometimes the place can get crowded, but if you wait for a little but, the crowd disperses quickly. You get free refills.
