By far the worse customer service ever. First time visiting this chain ever and definitely my last. Ordered a 12 piece family since I was in the area and caught traffic on my way home. 45 mins later I get home to realize I was given a 2 piece meal. I called to request credit to my account and was told they cant do that. To go back to have order corrected. Seriously? I believe in giving young people an opportunity to work but leaving a teenager in-charge as manager and all you hear is "I cant. I cant" at this point I wasnt so upset at the wrong meal but the inept customer service and unwillingness to assist customer. I wasnt asking for full refund and I made it clear. I said refund me the difference on what you gave me wrong in my meal. I even asked her if she could phone in an order at a Popeyes closer to me and she even said that was the closest to me and soon after I find out that theres three closer to me. After discussing this I asked her for another number wher I can call and she had the nerve to give me the wrong number. First time I ever hear of so much denial and lack of service recovery skills. Wish I wouldnt have ever tried this place.

1 Star is WAY too high This particular location could not be worse then an F !!! Never have what is advertised..food either 100% wrong- last time ordered ALL White Meat.. Paid extra- got Thigh and Leg.. really .. can people not do a simple job.. call manager and have to return next day.. didnt help for that nights dinner. This time- Saw new hot honey strips advertised on TV.. Nope- out :-( Pan B since tired from working all day.. And 7 min wait.. looked at phone for how long.. expect at least fresh and hot.. NOPE.. cold Unbelievable!!! Heating in oven as I type. Will NOT return.. might as well close the location down.. The Worst!!!!

There big push right now is dippin chicken with a new sauce. I went to order this and they said they are out. So I ordered a different meal. When they asked what kind of sauce I wanted, I told them I wanted the new sauce. They said that can only be given out with the dippin chicken (which they dont have any of). No customer service, girl couldnt even reason enough to realize she should give me the new sauce since they dont have the chicken they are advertising heavily. I should have just walked away, I wont be back!

first time i tried them for lunch as i live near by and never tried them before. I ordered fish and shrimp. it was disgusting to say the least. tiny dried pieces of shrimp and the fish???? its a joke. the taste? horrible. Then i thought ok it may be just the fish let me try their chicken for dinner. little pieces covered with thick thick crust. HORRIBLE taste. Service? 0/0 Never again thank you

Went to this Popeyes all the way from monrovia but Id have to say they have a slow ass drive thru clerk over there. Took us about maybe 20 min waiting and this crew member that was on the drive thru messed up my order! I ordered 2 mashed potatoes and only got 1. And she charged me for the other one!! Barely can read her name in the receipt . But its something like Yoda or Yodva.

I guess frying chicken became rocket science because this place is a travisty. I have never been here in the last 3 months with out running into some sort of long ass wait in the drive threw ,dried up over breaded chicken etc.. Yet I return, I said give my self the one star. Close this place down and start over fresh. Really bad.p

OMG I love Popeyes but this location is hit or miss. A couple times I ordered 3 piece tenders and got like 6 which is cool with me but then other times its 1 big piece and 2 smaller pieces. I never understood why its so expensive though its just chicken

43 min wait on the drive thru! No no no! Never again coming here ! Young and dumb kids! I never want to eat here again I was gonna give this no rate but I decided to be nice dont go to drive thru if youre hungry just dont eat there.

Customer service was good but their cujun fish sucks. So small and broke apart. For the price not good. Try to have a good meal this was not it. They know nothing about fish very disappointed. Never will come again

This is what they served me, old greasy skinless chicken...had my son to return it, they made him sit and wait while they chatted and played around......this place and the staff is horrible

$1.79 for 2 piece chicken on tuesdays. This place is packed on Tuesday but that is a smoking deal. Bathroom is located outside and required a key to get in, but it is pretty clean.

Lazy workers at this particular location, I cant tell you how many times this location has messed up my order. Save yourself the trip and visit the Popeyes in downtown Pasadena.
