Google is asking what I liked about this restaurant, Honestly the wings is why it got the one star. I am a usual at BWW especially on boneless Thursdays however this store has been a disappointment. My friend and I arrives in for going to a play. We were seated and saw that it was busy so we didnt have a problem with waiting, however we werent so fond of the fact that someone seated after us was a approached before we were. They also where first to receive their food. Our waitress was disconnected and really just didnt seem to care about the service that we were recieving. When we did receive our order it was wrong and we did inform them of the error. She said she would go back to the kitchen and find out what went wrong. When she returned she insisted that we had received the right order. Once again we let her know the items that we ordered so she said she would correct it. We waited for 10 minutes for carrots and celery I dont know how long it takes to cook and serve them but 10 minutes seemed too long. (Sarcasm) All this type our waitress hadnt come by to see of our order was right or if we needed anything else. When the vegetables finally arrived and one of the orders was missing. The order that did arrive looked horrible because the celery was brown on the ends. At this point I had decided never to return to this location again. We asked for the check and gave our waitress the card and some cash when she came back she had forgot to use the cash. This place has lost my business however I still love BWW! Stay away from this location.

I went with a party of 11 and we sat down and ordered our drinks. They came out pretty quickly but when we ordered our food, it took about an 1 1/2 hours to get our food, mind you the place wasnt super packed and every table around us had either left, or got their food before we were even served at all. I saw our waitress about 3 times the entire time (1. To order food and drinks 2. To serve us and 3. To ask us if we want refills after we got our food) we were there which was about 2 hours or so. And I became fed up with the wait, so I asked another waiter to see if our food was ready and he said itll be out in a minute. It took another 15-20 minutes to get our food after I asked the waiter. When the food finally came ( I ordered the ultimate nachos) my food was terrible, the tortilla chips were somewhat stale, the nacho cheese tasted weird and it was just plain gross. Our waitress told us "since you guys are a big party it takes a little longer." Almost everyone besides me and another friend at our table had wings or fries. I doubt it would take 1 1/2 hours to make and serve our food to us. I would definitely not recommend this place. Very terrible service.

I ordered a pick up for 6:20 I get there at 6:30 and its not ready. So I ask for it and the girl goes to "check" AFTER she helps like 5 people in line, comes back with 2 drinks for the girl in line she was friends with who was the last person in the line (btw I also ordered a drink, thanks for bringing that since I was like the second person in the line) , I ask for it again, she goes to the back to check comes back to say a few more minutes. I dont have a few more minutes. So I ask for my money back because at this point my order is 20 MINUTES LATE!. I received no apology from David the manager. I stayed away from this location already due to your terrible customer service & it honestly got worse. So much for give them a second chance.. 20 MINUTES LATER and no order?! No Apology for the Delay!?

Should not even get one star I live by here but regularly go to cerritos location just to avoid here, thought well lets give it a try. Well now I know why first we were seated quickly so that was the first and last good thing that happened appetizers came out luke warm as the server tossed them on the table. Next food came out ice cold and again server tossed everything on the table notified manager and he said he will put in a fresh order well the next order came out warm after about an hour and a half so yeah lets avoid this place until service and the quality steps up. Hopefully corporate can see this and take some kind of action

Dont go here to celebrate your 21st Birthday!!!!!! I love there wings here and excited to come celebrate my big 21 the wait time was long of course but i understood because we were 10 of us and well we finally sat down i try to get a drink the guy ask for my ID and said I cant serve you any alcohol beverage until the next day." I ask why? and if he can ask his manger to come over. Manger never showed up and guy said im sorry theirs nothing i can do. I know it wasnt his fault but jeezz put up a freak-en sign at least! I was just disappointed I turn 21 today not tomorrow! It just seem stupid....

The food, as always is great. No doubt about it. The new flavor (until May 1) is very delicious. Enough spice to it without overpowering the other flavors. That being said, their customer service is lacking, greatly. Took our server 20 min to ask for our order after he asked us for our drinks, which also took 15 min after we sat down. Then, he only came 1 on his own to see how we were doing. The other 4 times, we had to flag him down, as he would pass us by, make eye contact, but keep going. Atrocious customer service. Ive never been to a BWW with bad customer service. Not the best location.

Service always sucks. Getting charged for the highest price vodka when i asked for well. 17 minutes to be greeted. Ordered fries as a starter, came out ice cold then got an attitude from the food runner when i told her how they were cold. Kind of frustrating. I dont think i have ever had a good experience at buffalo wild wings which really sucks since their wings are pretty damn good! Overall, i was mainly upset about our drinks. Instead or complaining about being charged for grey goose when i asked for well, i just paid. Not worth waiting another hour to get it sorted out.

I never write reviews for anything but this place made an exception. First time I went to this location, we waited an hour for the wrong order, then another 30 minutes to finally get the right one which were cold and dry (5 parm garlic and 5 asian zing). Then today I tried to place a to go over the phone for my girlfriend, and was hung up on every time (5 times) I called. On the second and third call the waitress that answered the phone sounded so mumbled and "bored" I couldnt even understand her. Go the marina pacifica location if you want better serivce.

Really bad service....walked in @1:36am...with 3 coworkers.....we were really hungry.....was willing to pay $$$$ for some food....was told only wings at da monent because the kitchen was closed... O_0 ....beer bar closes @1 am..not @2am.....was served something i ddnt order...and waiter and manager got mad for it..and lights were turned off @ 2 and stayed off for about 19min after the staff realize we were eating in da dark.... .. bad service...good food thoe......jst wings and fries was served......
