Out of 6 of us that ate here 3 people did not enjoy their food. Our host seemed slightly challenged. When we made our reservation the guy was very confused about how many of us were eating. Our server, Gilberto, tried his best, but our food came with no silverware. He came back with water, lemons etc and still no silverware. Finally got it right after a while. Granted, it was busy. Thursday during lunch. I ordered the blackened Mahi which was good. Everybody else didnt like their food too much. But the old fashioned I ordered was great, the classic version and it was great!
I went to this place last night. It tooks forever to get our food. We had to wait 1 hour for our foods and the our dessert was cold. I askes the service to give us another one but they came back to the kitchen and reheat our dessert on the microwave. We left this place with and still get upset. My advice for them is need a better service and most of their workers are just talking. And 1 more things, it takes them forever to give us the check and we asked them for it but we had to wait for a long time.
I have eaten at this restaurant on and off many times. The menu used to be very extensive and a few international inspired good dishes. Then, it went bankrupt and was reorganized. Much smaller menu now . I can see the prices went up too. Like my favorite Lamb shank used to be less than $15 now is $22 . (Which I have always said thats the best deal in town. The price is actually more realistic now.) Hope they will make it. The food seems to be still OK.
Pretty good. But one of the waitresses had us waiting at least 40 minutes before even greeting us, had horrible service. Made us wait 20-30 min in between greeting us, asking for our drinks and taking our order. She was terrible. I had to ask the bartender for our drinks. THEN, had the audacity to compliment my boyfriend and I to milk her tips. We definitely didnt fall for it. 4 stars omly because of the food. (He got ribs and I got the amazing jambalaya)
A very nice and attractive restaurant. The two dinner dishes we ordered to go (first timer here) were pretty good - shrimp/chicken jambalaya (pretty good) and Mongolian beef (a bit on the salty side) came with nice portion plus brown rice. The price is reasonable. Unfortunately, usually you would expect for take out, BUT they didnt give us the utensils, and we didnt realize and couldnt munch after we drove off.
Service was good hence the one star. We started with a mammoth appetizer but decided it there as well. The food was horrible. The beer battered onions taste like oil dipped watery onions, the nachos were so salty I can barely get them down. The ribeye sliders actually tasted like cheap meat with a super bland oil dip vs aus ju! Heading to Jack In The Box after this! Their food is at least better than this
Its our "go-to" place for burgers and milk shakes (very thick) Friendly staff, feels like being with family. Also, busy and crowded. Parking is a challenge, but well worth it. Weve been going for years. Like an old-fashioned diner. Even met person while flying and they mentioned "Vals Burgers" from when they lived in area years ago.
The food was horrible, service okay. I was Expecting 3 nice looking, delicious breast on my meal and the result was 3 small tiny breast that took me 3 bites to finish it.. the plate was full of mash potatoes and gravy on top with the 3 small beast on the side . Looked like a vomit. still left the place ungry.NEED BIG IMPROVEMENT.
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and milkshake. Scrumptious and juicy. My daughters hamburger was delicious also. And the friends were crunchy and fresh. Lastly the milkshake was creamy and a REAL milkshake. Love this place and will definitely be back!
Awful service, really slow service and forgetfulness. The food wasnt great and very expensive. The cilantro salmon was cold and french fries were horrible. The waiter had a strong smell like he didnt wash his clothes for a very long time.
Welp... They overcooked my steak. I asked for Medium Rare and I got Medium-Well done. But the waiter was very cheerful so I didnt mind. Also Damn that steak was small... Waiting times were too long but thats America for you.

Service sucks the manager is an idiot he personally brought out dishes with empty ramikins where the sauce should be.. Drinks tooks 10 mins after we ordered them to get back...great food big selection but wouldnt go back...
What a wonderful surprise. I had dinner with a friend, we ate at the bar. I ordered veal and it arrived PERFECT!! Wonderful service great atmosphere. Request to sit in the back room you will not be disappointed.

Great service and great food.chicken tortilla soup is delish. For some people it might be expensive but the food and the service is worth paying for. Wont be disappointed.
Excellent, attentive and personable service at the bar by bartender (Suzanne). Food orders were promptly. Highly recommended if you want a welcoming environment
Great place disability friendly, good ambient, food and great workers, most of all any problems management is pro customer, as long as you as kool as I am
I love love love this place from their food to their drinks. Susan is the mixologyst you want . ask for her snap dragon martini with Cayenne pepper!
“Great old fashioned burger” Remember they are not open on Mondays. But a very solid place for a old school burger and soda. Maybe even a milkshake
Extensive multicultural menu, moderate prices, little wait time, noise can be high at times, but overall a good option for weeknight dining.
Excellent burger and the wait staff were friendly and fast. Especially like that they provided our group of nine with eight separate checks.
Menu has been scaled way down. Service was not even average considering very few diners. Food was blah. This use to be a great restaurant.
“Great Italian Food!” One of the best Italian joints in the Tri-Cities area. The food is consistently good. Warm service. Good Atmosphere.

First time here and the decor is awesome and the food is spectacular. Jambalaya was fantastic and the orange chicken was wonderful
Ill rate the resturant a 5 because frist of all the theme goes with the name. Also great food. And final really great service.
Ribs are always delicious, Mac n cheese can be hit or miss. Veggies were overcooked this time. Next time Ill pass on the tuna.
Great Food, one of the best chefs in this chain of restaurants, steaks are cooked the way you ask and the staff is great too.

A place feel cozy and ok... I like the food how they served and prepared it. The bar tender are nice and friendly.
The braised lamb shank was so amazing and had good service even though it was a busy Saturday night.
