Ive been a regular at this store since it first opened, and couldnt be happier. The staff are professional, courteous, and outgoing. They do live by their promise of "If you dont love it, let us know and well make it right." The location has a decent sized lobby with a patio, Wi-Fi and drive-through; but all power receptacles are indoors, making plugging in your notebook or other devices a challenge since plug spaces are at a premium. Despite some critical reviews (which I attribute to the fact that this store is known to train new hires for high-capacity/fast-paced ordering quite frequently), the entire crew are like one big family and are very welcoming. I suppose you just need to develop the right rapport is all. Now, Im not saying these guys dont make mistakes, because they do (even with my same drink, day-in and day-out) - but that doesnt mean they wont fix a new drink if you tell them the problem. As for the supposed attitude problem, theyre people too, and they get a lot of flak for trying to do their job in a timely manner; especially during the rush-hours of opening, lunch, and evenings. Perhaps the negative reviews were simply a bad one-off experience, as I havent had any problems with this store in over 15 years. In a nutshell, this place can be a home away from home.

Zero stars. (Read first paragraph to get the gist of it; read whole thing to get whole story) A barista there ignored me for a whole seven minutes, even going as far as the storage room to do so. When I got her attention, she was very rude and sassy about making my order. Out of all the Starbucks Ive been to, I have never seen one with as worse of service as this one. The service is terrible by the whole lot of them, but Ill just talk about one. The barista-well call her Marisa, since I dont recall her name-was busy tending to something at the drink station. I waited patiently, knowing that she saw me and will come when finished. A few minutes surpass and then Marisa goes into the kitchen, comes back out and continues fiddling at the station. It has been more or less seven minutes of her ignoring me. Now, the waiting was nothing, it was her attitude when I said, "Excuse me," to get her attention. She turned and said in a manner most rudely, "What?" I finally was able to place my order. Marisa wasnt very happy throughout the whole thing, not even a fake smile towards me.

Staff is usually laughing and messing around when taking drive thru orders. Yesterday I went in the morning and the person got my order wrong. When I told her I wanted a frap not a hot drink she tried to argue with me over it like it wasnt her fault or I ordered it wrong or something. Then when I stood my groud she rolled her eyes and huffed. My drinkn was crap, it was like she threw it in with a little ice and it was still pretty warm at the bottom of the drink underneath the ice. Then when I got home I noticed that my bagel (that I never have to ask to be toasted) wasnt cut or warm or toasted. Very unprofessional, rude and I stopped going in the mornings. Now I go to Farmer Boys across the street!

I was waiting for about 8 mins, 3 people working but theres no costumers at all, there was a guy and a girl playing trowing sandwiches at each other instead of working, the girl laughing with such attitude takes my order but didnt even asked for my name or ask if I would like anything else, she was in a hurry to continue playing with the guy, I dont know who train this people but they seriously need to get fired!! In the other hand the other girl who made my drink was very polite and apologized for their behavior then she continued restocking and doing some cleaning so she was great ...

This Starbucks sux. Ordered at the drive thru., got to the window and asked if I could order another item . Wow was told sorry cant order at the window. What? No one else is behind me . Bearista : sorry against company policy to take order at the window...I have to go inside or go around ,re enter the drive thru? ?? No one else is in the drive thru.?? Wow just lost a sale and a customer #!Booo !! To this location#!!

I like this Starbucks because of the size and the friendly staff. They have a large number of indoor and outdoor seats so I rarely have a challenge working her. The staff are very professional and I appreciate this. They keep the store very clean and its well laid out. Drinks are always consistent Starbucks quality so no problems there. Enjoy!

This must be a training store because they have a few regular employees and always new ones training. They get orders wrong regularly and I would like to believe have an overwhelmed attitude over a rude one on most days.
