Mal servicio no recomiendo este lugar el pollo loco. sirven el pollo muy negro de mucho tiempo y no cuentan con papas fritas de no tenían cilantro me contestó la empleada Veronica q al mánager no compra para ahorrale dinero al dueño q estúpida contestacion me dio pésimo servicio 0 estrellas . me contacto el mánager de la tienda el señor Faustino de ves q me dijera q iva solucionar el problema q lo sentía pero q no me iva regresar lo q pagué por ese pollo q respuesta es esa de un disque mánager por eso estamos como estamos con esa clase de gente

Horrible customer service! I went in and got an order to go and they totally messed up my order and I didnt realize until I got home. So I called the store and nobody answered. I went in the next day and spoke to some lady the "manager" and she just said sorry but I cant do anything about it anymore. You should of brought I back yesterday. I wasnt going to do that I dont live that close. Never coming here again!!!

The food was fine and the service was fine. But when I went to use the restroom I had to weave between two holes in the floor and the toilet had pee still in it. Not because the person before me was a slob, they must have just assumed the toilet would flush. It didnt, and when I told the manager she didnt seem too concerned.

They are supposed to close at 10 but before 9 oclock theyve already shut down the grill and started to clean up the food that you get is whatever is left over
