Terrible service, I walked in and stood at the counter, with a line behind, me without an acknowledgement from the employees for some time. Meanwhile they were walking back and forth on their phones, chatting, and laughing, not doing much of anything. After I ordered, it took forever to get my food even with no tickets in front of mine. All this may have been manageable if the food wasnt terrible as well. I received a burger the was basically a burnt hockey puck with cold un-melted cheese on top.

I have seen gas stations with cleaner bathrooms. I guess on the rare occasion that the bathroom gets cleaned they use the same mop to "clean" the entire restaurant because the whole place smelled like urine.
