Worse El Pollo loco ever!!! Old Asian man who looked to be store manager was EXTREMELY rude!!! Lady at cash register did not know what she was doing the only helpful one was the young happy Asian kid who got in trouble by grumpy man because he gave me extra salsa!!!! I will never come back to this one again and I will spread the word that this place is rude...

The worst pollo Loco I ever been to. The chicken they gave me was burned and hard not even a dog could chew it. The service was terrible and the young man with the glass was the only one helpful and nice. The owner should consider making the crew better. Also I ordered a salad and it had a hair in it. Overall the experience was awful and the place was dirty.

I made an online order for a Chicken Avocado Burrito. The order was messed up. I got a rice and bean burrito. I called and told the manager my order was messed up. She said she couldnt do anything about it. To eat what I had, and she will give me a 10% discount next time i go . Rude manager . Will never go back to this location

Wish I would of read reviews before coming here, awful service staff is very rude and seems like they dont want to be here, my chicken wings were practically burned, the whole restaurant was full of smoke, just not happy at all with this pollo loco.

Drive thru can be super slow at times and staff is not always friendly. The interior is clean and the food is generally good however I have received pieces of chicken that were super small.
