Muy pésimo servicio, esperando 20 minutos para un banana split y solo me contestaron que no sabían si quería algo. 2 personas atendiendo y sin clientes y no ponen atención a los clientes. Para un lugar que no tiene tanto cliente y sin personal atento prefiero Cold Stone mejor servicio.

While the prices are a bit high at $5.50 a scoop, the quality is exceptional and this is the best vegan ice cream I have ever had!Most places dont get the flavor or texture right, you can instantly tell its not "real" ice cream.Here at Baskin-Robbins, I actually forgot was vegan while I was here and was just reminded starting the review.If you cant have it dont want dairy in your diet, or just love ice cream like do, this place is for you. All of their flavors were delicious, very rich and creamy and the scoops are huge making it a good value.Highly recommend!

This place is putrid and unsanitary. The minute I walked in there, I smelled a strong stench of sewage. I walked out without even getting anything. I tried calling both the health dept and county sewage division. The health dept said they dont do anything based only on smells and the country sewage only deals with public streets. Dont come here people.

The Service From hacienda heights baskin Robbins was great . Sorry I forgot the name ,but she was a young girl. I think her name starts with an a . Shes always smiling and it makes us feel welcomed . I strongly recommend this place and the girl for your next visit.

Came 4 mins before it closed the 2 scoop sundae I ordered looked like I scoop not the normal 2 scoops I received before at other baskin Robbins skimpy on the scoops wont ever come to this one again late night crave Ill just hold off till they open..

Everytime I come here not satisfied there banana royal sucks looks nothing like the picture. Barely any who cream and little scoops of ice cream. waste of money on that.
