Everything about this location screams quality. The eating area is always kept clean and well manicured. The outside is also kept very pristine throughout the day. The parking lot has plenty of spaces for travelers and locals. However we all know "In-N-Out" is notoriously bad for there time and the long extended line at the drive-through.. the inside lines are always long as well. -However if we look past that...everything else is perfect! The food quality is exceptional...If not, they are more than eager to remake it for you at no cost. Nw thats great customer service.

Absolutely amazed at how short the line was at this location. There were two cars in front of me when I went there. This never happens! This is a new location though and I heard they had a much larger kitchen than other locations so that probably contributed to the short wait. I still notice the drive thru gets full when i pass by at other times but it is consistently shorter than other locations. Same great food too. Also a nice surprise....I got home and had a free burger in there which was a nice surprise. Obviously it was a mistake but a nice mistake nonetheless.

Anthony is the best at taking orders at the drive thru!!!!. I work in customer service and I went to order at in n out for my 6 coworkers one Saturday and he took my order when I pulled up. He got my order to the complicated details. I loved it!! Plus he super nice asked how I was doing and wished a good day. I went around 11:30 and there was one car in front of me. It was awesome. Was in n out within 20 mins. Thanks guys and thanks Anthony!! :)

Worst in N out experience of my life .not only did my order take 30 mins.it was rushed cold and raw. I asked for a refund and they kindly obliged. only to not be able to process my refund .so after an hour or waiting hungry and annoyed. I simply wanted my credit card back so I can leave and eat somewhere else. And top it of they dont even have yellow peppers. i would avoid this particular in N out.

Pretty standard In-N-Out, everyone should know what to expect as far as food. This location is a little smaller than others so seating may be tough during peak hours., The parking here is awful though. Its a small lot that is shared with other popular lunch spots, so parking can be tough, even during off time hours. Id definitely suggest other locations in the area if youre worried about parking.

This is a brand new in and out. Used to be a Burger King and they turned it into this great establishment. The two times I have been here where during lunch time and both times I didnt wait no more than 5 minutes. Of course the service was great! I have gone through drive thru and inside the lobby to order food. I recommend the double double animal style.

Its a simple request "No Onions " on my burger and what do I get in my burger grill "onions" like really this individual just ruin my lunch , and yes I realized it had "onion " when I got back to my office in the Toyotas buildings you know its I mission to get from here to there in your lunch hour , thanks alot you individual.

Its your standard in n out, but the kids that work here seem especially happy and competent. I would say this about most in n out locations relative to other fast food joints, but this one and the one on Hawthorne stand out, even amongst in n outs. If you havent ordered a shake in a while, indulge!

Like most In-N-Out restaurants it was really busy but they had really efficient service and we received our order quickly. The food was good as always but at this location the burgers were a little salty. The staff was really friendly and professional.

Newly built In-n-Out in Gardena. Very clean and friendly service. Its always busy so gotta expect to wait for your food. Very spacious parking lot with enough space just for drive thru. Food wise, pretty similar to any other In-n-Out. Its always fresh!!

This typical in and out burger place is strip down simple service. 5 things on the menu prices are in a good range. Be prepared to wait theres always a line. Prices can get pricey when you order a lot. Hymen return over parking is always very busy too.

Normally a great experience when at any location, but I couldnt tell if the workers were new or just inexperienced. My brothers burger was raw his wifes fries were too raw and mine were bernt and covered in spice to hide how burned they wewe

So good. Love In-N-Out food is good and goes through the line quickly. Its a smaller one but is always busy. Get a number 1 which is delicious and ask them for some "spread" to dip your fries in.
