My first in-n-out, what can I say after reading so much about this establishment, their ability to cook a hamburger medium rare, and how its put together and having a reputation for great flavor. I was heart broken. First bad news, they no longer do medium rare because of the new state laws regarding the preparation of meat. Secondly, way too salty, no flavored other than salt and the meat was way too over cooked. Thirdly, the animal fries arrived cold and lifeless. The one awesome thing about our experience was the service, the guy was super friendly, super apologetic about not being able to cook our burger medium rare, because thats the way he used to like to eat them too. So if youre looking for a really great hamburger experience im sad to say, this is not the place as in, in-n-out burger.

The food is always spot on and when its not they will fix it asap.... having said that, Great people working behind the counter all around. This location is very robust and accessible to anyone with a larger then life hunger. The restrooms are clean well stocked and the area feels safe now. The long lines come with the territory but well worth it. Theres nothing out of place at this location other then the waiting...but thats common to any In n Out. The lobby is always maintained and theres never a shortage on smiles here. I give this a 5 star experience due to the exceptional quality delivery during business hours. The manager must be doing something right.

Im not an LA native but I have lived here now for a few years and have gotten sucked into the obsession with In-N-Out like everyone else. Its incredible. Its fresh. Its delicious. Its a little pricey compared to BK or McDs but its another league of burger IMO. And the lines can be long but dont let that put you off: eat where the natives eat and know that a busy restaurant means fresh food and good food. This location is close to the airport so its a little busier than others but they move people through quickly. Parking lot is shared with a small strip of other restaurants and a gym so be careful while going through to the drive-through entrance.

LA공항에서 5시간 정도 기다리게 되어 uber를 이용해서 다녀왔습니다. uber를 이용하실 경우 8~10달러 정도 나와요. 다른 곳에 비해서 감자튀김이 식어서 나와서 아쉬웠지만 햄버거는 맛있었어요. 햄버거를 주문할 때 양파를 선택해서 주문할 수 있는데 저는 whole grill onion을 주문해서 먹었어요. 생양파를 좋아하시면 regular onion으로 주문하시면 되구요.

My first in-n-out experience was actually in Austin, Texas. It was so good we actually ate there three times in one day. This place was a bit disappointing but it was pretty clean and wait time was good considering how busy it was on a Friday night. The burger just didnt seem as flavorful since my last time, the bun wasnt toasted properly, and the fries were over done. Probably just poor execution that night and probably doesnt happen all the time. They got the 3 star for not meeting what I expect from them. I would of still eat here over McDonalds or other national chain any day though.

The burgers were juicy! The shakes were thick, just the way they are made in WI. We went there straight from the airport because we were hungry! After 1/2 hr from leaving I discovered my purse wasnt with me, I paniced!! Most of the vacation fund was in there. I called immediately. They reassured me they found my purse and have it in the office. So I went back and sure enough it was there! Vacation was saved!!!! I Thank them So Much!!! To imagine this happened in Los Angeles ! God Bless Them and This Country!!

You know that scene in Ratatouille where the critic Anton Ego takes a bite of Remys dish and is instantly transported back to his childhood? Yeah. Every bite is a flood of memories. Good memories. California memories. A Double Double Animal Style should be our state food, since almost every Californian shares this psychic bond over the perfect blend of meat, cheese, grilled onions, special sauce, pickles, lettuce, and tomato between two sponge dough buns. It tastes like California.

As usual, in n out restaurants get high praises for excellent sanitary conditions and friendly staff. But an employee actually picked up my tray while i went refil my soda. This happened twice and now motivated to write my gripe about it. I just couldnt get angry at the moment but happening for the 2nd time got me really annoyed. If youre eating alone and have leave your table, be sure to let them know.

저녁 8시에 지나갈땐 대기하는 차들이 많았는데 오전중에는 차 두대 정도 앞에 있었어요. 더블더블 먹었고 생양파가 들어있어서 너무 매웠는데 다음에는 양파빼고 먹어야겠어요. 개인적으로 슈퍼두퍼 버거보다는 맛있어요.

i just dont get in-n-out burger. its fine - it tastes good, i suppose. i simply dont understand the rabid, almost religious fanaticism surrounding the place. the fries are consistently soggy (made fresh daily, which is great, but still soggy) and the burgers, while tasty, arent anything to write home about. i might be eating these with the wrong mouth, i guess.

Its hard to go wrong with this fast food chain. Unique taste for their burgers, fries, and pretty much anything else they create. Good food, good price, and some of the best service youll find anywhere. The employees at In-N-Out seem to care -- they seem to enjoy their jobs and enjoy customer service. Its not something you see every day.

Fast service, even if the drive through is 15 cars deep. They were very tolerant of my Celiac disease (burger ordered "protein style" with a lettuce wrap, and acknowledgement on the receipt of a gluten "allergy"). They only do fries in the fryer, and after a couple weeks of burgers, I had no celiac-related problems. Very happy.

We arrived in LAX late at night and had the post flight munchies. It was a short walk from our hotel and I am glad I did. They have such great burgers. They kind of remind me of Steak n Shakes from the Midwest. The young man running the grill was great entertainment while I waited for our burgers. A great welcome to LA.

Was really busy - but the food quality was very low - had in and out many times before but the bread seemed less than fresh and the fries were awful. The salad wasnt super crisp and awesome as it usually is. Possible went on a bad day - negative for lack of consistency then. Service otherwise was excellent -- fast and polite

They sold out! They no longer grind their own beef daily and get it from a nameless cheaper source somewhere. Now it is now no different than any other rotgut burger place. Too bad that used to be amazing now they serve a dry tasteless and gritty texture patties. You now must order at medium or higher. Boohoo

I think by now everybody should know that theres absolutely no other place where you can get a better burger than this place. And the people here are extremely happy and friendly. Their service is always fast, also. No matter how long their lines are, you can expect to be taken care of in a timely manner.

Cant beat In-n-out! The best part about this place is the split drive through ordering so there isnt a huge line stretching through the parking lot. Quick service and the burgers are amazing. Quick tip: try adding "extra toast" to your burger. Itll change your life!
