Headed to Vegas and starving! Both of us had just gotten off work, grabbed our bags, and gotten in our swanky ride for the trip up when it dawned upon us that it was dinner time. Do we hit the road and eat somewhere along the way? Eat somewhere local? When I get hungry, I can get cranky. Luckily, my good friend knows this and noticed the impatience in my voice. I didnt want to ruin our trip with my hunger pangs so we both saw the In-n-Out as sort of a beacon of hope. Unfortunately, this location is super tiny. My claustrophobia was starting to kick in. We ordered and I ran outside to get some air and use the restroom before the long drive. Upon arrival, Kim had our food waiting and also somehow magically secured a table out of the 5 available in this tiny place. Shes a midget that works wonders. We chose In-n-Out because its always reliable and service is fast. We ate in silence, practically devouring our burgers, and were on the road about 30 minutes later.

In-N-Out is distinctively SoCal, always crowded and consistent. The friendliest staff on the planet is always eager to take your order any way you want it. For the best meat to bread ratio I suggest the double double. This location had a large patio with umbrellas but no inside seating. The parking lot is extremely small with not enough spaces (maybe 20). Most opt for the drivethrough anyway and a mobile attendant takes your order well before you reach the window to speed things up. Like most In-N-Out restaurants this one is freeway close.

Worst service & in n out I ever .they took forever to get the lines moving two idiots taking orders on one car. Why do they have speakers if they cant take orders on there.It literally took like 30 mins to order i will most definitely not recommend this location santa anas location on bristol is way faster and the lines get super long &they get the likes moving quick .this location in garden Grove needs alot of improvement especially with the staff being slow like they wake up in sections this is the worst in n out experience Ive ever had

All other fast food places need to learn a thing or two from In-N-Out when it comes to customer service. Besides the outstanding taste and freshness of their food, their customer service is second to none. I dont get why some places have people with poor customer service dealing with customers. Slang, posture, dress, appearance are all things that should be checked when clocking into work. In-N-Out obviously prides themselves on even the smallest of these details. Maybe thats why they are the best.

This in- n - out is very close to my house,good food when they cook it right. It is soo hard to get a well done burger! Nearly impossible! When ordering we beg to get them well done, we say, xtra xtra extra well done please! And 10% of the time they get it right. Also they refry their fries instead of throwing the old ones out! GROSS!! It makes them so hard and hollow inside. I use to work at this one about 30+ years ago, and it hasnt changed.

No indoor seating at this location. A recent two month long closure and remodeling has resulted in the removal of all interior seating, leaving the only dine-in options outdoors. Otherwise the building and unique double drive-thru lanes remain. Dont feel that this remodel was necessary in the first place. Dining outdoors is fine on mild SoCal days but if being inside is a must seek a different In-N-Out location instead of this one.

The burgers are good as always, but the facility is very limited for dine-in patrons. - No trays (youre given boxes, which is a waste of natural resources) - No self-service fountain drinks - No self-service napkin or ketchup dispensers (waste of natural resources for packets) - Minimal dining space (3 tables and one bar counter) If I had a choice, Id go to another franchise, which there are plenty to choose from.

Excellent food. However, they have the slowest drive thru of any in-n-out I have ever been too (and Ive been to at least 20 different locations). It has been this was for at least 2 years. Also - they just remodeled and removed all inside seating. Clearly this location holds a very low value to their customer experience. Recommend another location.

service.was.horrible..not that they didnt smile when i asked them why our food was taking so long...waited behind 4 other orders that were.filled after our order was placed........a burger fries and 2 drinks.....it wasnt like we had a shit load of an order...on,the plus side food was good.....sorry service and food go together so i gave them a 3

I love In-N-Out. They have yummy food. This store has friendly employees. The inside is very small with no inside seating. There is a waiting bench, but the French fry cutter is on the opposite side of the wall its against and the pounding of the fry cutter is very annoying. However, its conveniently located next to the freeway and off ramp.

Great and consistent quality all around. Would have gotten a 5 star review, however, this specific location is a bit on the cramped side. Indoor seating is very limited. Outdoor seating is maybe 4 tables. The parking situation is again cramped. The location is awkward and makes it difficult for the meal time hour rush.

The cooks and waiters dont even listen to you. I ordered a double-double cheeseburger with no onions. I come to the front, and they wanted to confirm that I wanted no onions. I said Yes, no onions, 10 seconds later, they give me my food, and it HAD ONIONS. HOW COULD YOU ADD ONIONS AFTER CONFIRMING I DIDNT WANT ANY.

Its In-N-Out burger food but good luck getting in OR out... This is a bad location for driving in or eating in. I prefer the location on Brookhurst, which isnt too much better for getting food quickly, but at least the location doesnt leave you stranded in the street waiting to get up to order...

Food is great as always but most inconveniently placed location ever. Two lanes as usual. Basically no customer parking for eating on site. Then the exit is right turn only on a busy street with no where to turn around. If you park in customer parking its located in the drive thru

45 MN in drive through to get the burger people couldnt get out of the parking lot was stuck in line whether I wanted the burger or njnot...burgers and fries were not good and I think we got food poisoning from this meal on Saturday. Definetly never going there again.

30 minute wait for my food. Wrong drink, not even filled up. I enjoy In N Out several times a week and this has been by far the worst experience I have had at one of their restaurants. Very disappointed. Definitely will drive farther next time to avoid this location.

The burgers are tasty as usual. This location seems to be designed for drive-thru traffic. Double drive-thru lanes but there are no seats inside the restaurant. There is only outside seating. So you order and pick up inside and then eat outside.
