Hello everyone, Normally I love eating here, but last Saturday was the last straw. This makes me very sad to write, i love this place but Saturday was a mess. Those in Management, PLEASE (sorry for caps) encourage your employes not to reach over the wall on the walk way to give us our order, it makes it difficult for the server and makes us worry if they are going to drop the stuff. I wish that was it but there was more, we got cheated on our appetizers , normally we get more Chili Cheese fries, but we got a total of 7 Fries with even less chili on top of it.... talk about bad portions. and yet we were still charged in full for that... Management , why do you allow my meal to be skimped down cheaply ? We got our orders wrong too, i ordered the Chicken wrap, my lady ordered a burger, but we got our orders mixed up. Well after all that, when it came time for the check, the server ran off with our change... you know guys if we are paying with CHANGE it means we cant tip right? I know you guys work hard, but when we are paying with quarters , you guys should at least give us our change back and not pocket it Mr. Terrance. I want to like you Red Robin West Covina, but why you treat me like this?

It was ok, I have eaten at many Red Robin locations. This one had by far more children screaming and running around than a Chuck E Cheese, not that it is the restaurants fault. Service was on the slow side. With our order we asked for crispy fries, which take longer, but didnt get them, we got the regular fries, maybe even underdone. Asked for another basket of bottomless fries, crispy, to which the waitress brought out regular fries, asked a third time, to which she still brought out regular fries. Maybe she doesnt understand what crispy means. I got a monster burger, which is a double, I could be wrong, but as I recall that was double meat and double cheese, this only had one slice of cheese between the burger patties. Then also, maybe no fault of the waitress, she could not add the meal to my rewards card, so she just gave me a new card and told me call in and transfer it over... dunno how that will work out.

We were in the area a decided to stop and eat here. Big mistake. The wait was long even though not many people were waiting. The wait for the food was 45 minutes for a party of 2. My fiances Ghost burger was small and came with 5 fries. He asked for a basket of fries and that came with 7. He asked for another basket and that too came with 7. How is he suppressed to eat a burger without fries? Talk about stingy with the "bottomless" fries. My California chicken burger was bland. Only ate half. Regret ordering the freckled fruit. It looked old. Well stick to our usual Rancho Cucamonga location.

Always love Red Robin in California and Arizona. Sad to say this place is not the best. Terrible customer service. It is also not family friendly. One of the customers dropped a pot pipe. A little girl was coming by and picked it up and gave it back to the guy. Everyone at the counter started laughing and high fiveing. This included one of the waitress. What a discusting site. Our waiter was non existent. We had to ask who he was. We finally has another server give us the bill waited and waited then got up and paid at the cashier. Never coming back to this Robin.

Today my family and I had dinner at your west covina red robin. I have never been so disappointed! The sitting person tried to skip us, then it took forever to order. We finally did and we asked for more dressing. Did not get to us before we finished the meal. My girls hamburger was so bad she could not eat it. Your portions are so skimpy that we went to Mcdonalds after to satisfy our hunger! Bad, bad, bad!!! Will NOT be back! No stars for you!The worst part is it was over $60.00 for a meal we did not like or eat!!

Amazing, Im a vegetarian and they always accommodate me without any hassle. I order the Burnin Love and they replace the meat with avocado and it tastes incredible. I also love that they never mess up my order. Management really makes sure they hire people with good customer service skills, I love that. Waiters and waitresses have always been very polite, I think they get treated well and comfortable employees are good employees. My little brother and I are constant customers of this place. Thanks Red Robin!

My absolutely favorite perk about this restaurant is not only the incredibly flavorful burgers and juicey meat, but that they have UNLIMITED FRIES which includes sweet potatoe fries (substitue for an extra small fee)!!! The waiters have all been fun and really friendly with attentive service!! This place never disappoints!!

Really good burgers, great selection of beer and liquor. Overall its a nice place the servers could pay some more attention on occasion but its usually due to busy nights which I often frequent. A very good place to hang out and have a nice relaxed meal with friends

Dont let the outside or the location fool you! This place reminds you of a chipotle when you walk in, but you are greeted with a friendly smile and hello. Upon seating, you get corn nuts and dipping sauce. I ordered the grilled salmon with a pesto like sauce.

There is a whole bunch of options on the Menu which could either be good or bad. Personally, I like having to chose from a small list cz its easier to decide, but thats just my opinion. Nevertheless the whiskey burger was really good.

This place has great burgers. We tried the new ramen burger which was different and tasty. The service here is good, but lacks during busy times. Convenient to the west covina mall and great shopping.
