The ambience of the location is open-air clean fresh and bright. The burgers and the choices with salads are quite well done. The lounge burger with a choice of organic cheese fresh or grilled onions, please try the grilled onions they are amazing, lettuce tomato and house-made thousand island sauce is at the right price. The fries are fresh cut and have the perfect medium of texture and taste. The lavender mint lemonade is House made with free refills, a total plus. The servers and management are above and beyond what you would expect from a burger establishment. Friendly Smiles and customer service, making sure that our drinks never got low are the foundation that makes this place great. The amazing food is just the added bonus that makes this my go to spot.

Staff was friendly. I appreciated the recommendations and the free refills. I quite liked my burger though I would have liked mine a bit rarer. I thought my patty was a bit underseasoned while the onion rings tend to be on the salty side. According to my friend who lives there, thats usually the case. I ended up sandwiching my rings with the burger to fix my issue. Besides that I enjoyed the place and would love to go by again next time Im in town.

I thoroughly enjoyed everything about my experience here. Very friendly staff, clean and great looking space. I ate on the patio which was perfect temperature. The onion rings and bbq sauce were to die for. Normally I have ranch, but the cashier recommended the bbq and he couldnt have been more spot on. The burger was fantastic. Perfectly cooked, great bun, produce was as fresh as any Ive ever seen. They just got themselves a loyal customer.

Ive stopped in here last week for the first time. I tried the Lounge Burger and it was pretty tasty, crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. The food is a bit pricy though. The service was friendly and responsive. The servers made sure we had enough condiments for our burgers. Id come back here.

Yummm. Like their turkey burger more than The Counter. They offer chicken, veggie patty, salads and fish as well as grass fed beef. Cool decor. Ample indoor/outdoor seating. Kids menu offered as well. Definitely bringing the kiddos back for shakes and papas. Customer attentiveness was excellent. ✌

Good french fries. They are cooked in peanut oil rather than hydrogenated fats so they may not be quite as tasty as the ones youre used to but theyll do. Very nice pleasant family place and great place for Burgers & Beer. Nice classic rock music.

My kid is a self proclaimed vegetarian and she didnt think there was going to be anything she liked here. I got her the quinoa veggie burger. I wish I had ordered it for myself! It was fantastic. She ate the patty right up. We will be back soon!

The food is good and fresh. The root beer floats are great, we get them every single time we come. The fries are best with ranch, and the meat is all grass fed. The quinoa burger is really good, and you can get fresh avocado on it.

Amazing burgers with all organic ingredients. Moreover the patty is also grass-fed. They have fries and onion rings with house-made ranch and bbq sauce. Not cheap but definitely getting the quality of food that you pay for.

By miles & miles my favorite burger joint in SoCal. Its hard to find grass fed beef AND a gluten free bun option in the same restaurant. Also, they are fast, personable, & have delicious housemade ranch & even serve beer.
