I use to live in the area and come here often like twice a week if not more I came in tonight and the service was extremely bad the waitress had too many tables she took my drink came back with it till the bus boy happen to walk by and notice that my drink was missing so he brought me another one. This same waitress had several issues with other tables next to us. Not sure why everyone who came in after us got there food before us we arrived at 7:50 didnt get our food till 8:40 and no the restaurant was not super busy. I spoke to the manager she said that the person was new and said she doesnt know why her boss doesnt have more waitresses I explained to her that this waitress has so many tables she cant even handle it and they need more waitress her response yes sir! Guess shes full of attitude as well I finally told her I wasnt eating anymore Im leaving she got the food walked off and threw it in the trash. A good manager would have got off her ass and helped an employee thats new not go and conversation with other people that looked to be your friends then I asked her for the managers number of the place she said I am the manager then handed me a ticket and said you can call the owner tomorrow. I will never return to this place its to high priced to be getting service like this!

This place used to be a decent restaurant . It has gone down hill fast. The food is of low quality and it tastes like cardboard. Food tastes like its been frozen, then defrosted, then frozen again. Definitely it is not fresh food. This place hires illegal immigrants to bus tables, as dish washers, and as chefs, and Ive seen them spit in the food. The restrooms are disgusting. Im surprised the health department hasnt shut this place down. The restrooms are gang graffitied and are always filthy. There are crackheads and homeless people always hanging out in the parking lot. Gang members hang out in this place despite the fact that cops in uniform eat here everyday. People get drunk and out of control at the bar and when there are big sporting events. There is always trash under the tables and old food between the seat cushions in the booths. It takes forever for someone to take your order and forever for them to serve it to you. This place is not worth what they charge for the food and the service they provide. By the way, the fat ugly troll looking piece of trash cop that beat the homeless guy Kelly Thomas to a pulp in Fullerton is frequently seen there stuffing his fat face and talking trash.

This place is the worst dinner Ive ever been to. The Hispanic guy who is the morning manager and the bus boys, dishwashers, and chefs cater to illegals because they are probably illegals. The owner and his son are good people. Its a shame they have trash like that employed there. They need to fire and hire new people that are more suitable for a family restaurant. The food tastes stale and like it had been frozen for a long time. There are dirty napkins and food particles on the floor and between the seat cushions. Theres usually homeless people and tweakers camping out in the parking lot. The restrooms are gross. People go in there, get drunk and act like loud belligerent idiots. What a shame because this used to be a good place to eat a few years ago.

Went to have breakfast and watch my Steelers game. There was only one table available but could not see the tv screen with the Steelers. A table opened up right in front of the Steeler game so I went to move there, the manager wouldnt let me. What ever happened to the "customer is always right"? Apparently the staff couldnt handle a table-switch to make a customer happy. To top it off, they got my order wrong. If it wasnt for my boyfriend being with me, I would have walked out. Food is only ok. They do NOT have good customer service!!! Bad experience and I will NOT ever go back.

I especially make it a point to go for the Broasted Chicken $7.99 Special on Thursday nights! It is Ssooo Very Good! And the soup offered is Tortilla Soup. Both are a 4.5 - 5 stars and I also rate the pizza a 4. Its good; in my opinion. The customer service doesnt always or actually hardly come with all the smiles and congenial attitudes most would want and enjoy. But it is overall enough ...this area would help me to return more often. Besides, if the service wasnt ample I would not return regardless of how good the food or prices were.

This place is a notch higher than Norms. I stopped going to Norms and came back to this place when I found out they were 24hrs. Compared to Norms i love the service here at S&P a lot better. Also the pricing is around the same if not less than Norms. Norms has ridiculous wait times when you just have a party of 6 people. This is the reason why I go here. Compared to any other 24hr diner chain I like this place best. The waiters are what makes the experience that much better. The club house sandwich & #1 breakfast are a must!

This place is as much a part of my life as Houston ave where I came todippingto grow up since 1976. This place has come a long way since it was a Spires. At 16 I sometimes could be found writing in my journal at the bar at 2-3 in the morning, drinking cup after cup of Joe, dipping crispy bacon into a piping hot side of country gravy. or chickfried steak and eggs...like now. I will be 55 yrs old this year... I wonder if I qualify for a senior discount??? I freaking love this place!

Love the wonderful SERVICE and especially their groin-grabbingly-good FOOD! I usually go late at night when I need my RIB EYE fix! Medium Rare! Very friendly employees. COFFEE is really strong! Just the way I like it. I would definitely come eat here if I want something satisfying! And one more thing... POKESTOP. That is all. ✔

I love this place, I go all the time, cant wait for the new location! The servers & owners son are GREAT! Theyre so funny and helpful, a great family friendly place during the day and evening, then later is great for pizza and drinks. They remember the regulars and youre sure to have a laugh while here!

We enjoy the friendly atmosphere. The same folks have been here for years, and its nice to have this gem of a neighborhood eatery. Plus, the food is most excellent, and they have terrific sports coverage from about a dozen plus TVs throughout the restaurant and bar. We love Salt and Pepper!!!

This is an old-fashioned restaurant. We dine here with friends regularly and I find it hard to find something edible on the menu. Shrimp, steak and fettuccine Alfredo are usually decent meals. French dip and quesadilla...Not so much. Service is friendly and prices are OK.

Best restaurant in Fullerton been coming here for years since 2007. The food is amazing, always delicious and you leave feeling satisfied. The staff is friendly and super sweet and very very polite. Please come and eat at S n Ps you wont regret it I promise you that.
