I own a vacation home not far away. Many of my guests said they enjoyed the Geoduck. I personally have drank and dined there dozens of times. I and my visiting family have always had a fine experience at the bar or on the patio overlooking the Hood Canal enjoying a cold beer and the famous Big Burger Dip or Oyster Burger. I guess there will always be occasions when someone is dissatisfied, e.g. the recent reviewers, and it is those who have an emotional experience who tend to post comments. I think for every bad review there are many satisfied customers, such as myself, who come back for more whenever I am in the area.

We ate here several times during our visit to Brinnon. Fabulous roadhouse atmosphere. The Ti One On sandwich is a great oyster poboy. Locals playing pool, red hat ladies celebrating, bikers drinking a wide selection of beers on tap. Families hanging out by the windows looking out at the tidelands. This place is a hoot! If you can - buy the classic shirt with a gooeyduck. Unforgetable

Service is great but if you expect Geoduck at this restaurant named Geoduck...nope! Oyster on the half shell...nope! Steamed clams on the menu...nope! Drove here over an hour and a half for Gig Harbor. Enjoyed some fried gizzards and fried clams. Basically its a tavern with many burger and deep fried options. Imagine going to a steakhouse but they dont have steak.

Found a hair in my food, when I told the waitress she gladly removes it from my bill. When the "cook" found out he started ranting saying " Screw those people there was no F****ing hair in that burger." I will NEVER return, nor will I EVER recommend anyone to eat there. Just another dirty, greasy, nasty place in a drive thru town. Full of bar scabs.

I enjoy the place, and stop in any time I am camping nearby or driving through. Its a little bit Redneck, but that just makes it more unique! The wait staff are very sweet and try to please. Frequenting the place you get what you get. Its all good. Food is great, drinks right on, and the view and climate fantastic.

People are giving this place a bad rap. The sandwich for lunch was very good. Price was right. If you go to Tuesday taco night, Ive heard its a treat. It is a good local hangout. There was a herd of elk between us and the water. What a treat! The Geoduck doesnt put on airs, so if you are looking for chic, dont go.

Well.....no cod, no salad, more water please? More coffee, sure! Horseradish please....still waiting. Oh, by the way... our credit card machine doesnt work....do will you accept a check? No, I told you, our cc machine doesnt work. A CHECK? Oh!! Let me ask. Oh, the machine is working!!!! And yes, the food was ok.

I love the location and the view from this restaurant. I like that you can take kids into eat as well since there are only 2 restaurants in the area. The problem us that the beer is never really cold. And the tap beer is all fancy beers. Would be nice to have some local favorites on tap.

Horrible service. But thats expected in a good dive. This isnt a good dive though...its an overrated pile...of you know what. I made better food as a first year college student and it didnt cost $100 for two. If youre in Brinnon go to the GearHead Bar/Cafe

This is the happening place in town... because its really the only place in town. Good food if you dont mind waiting for over an hour on busy days. If you dont want to wait, it will take longer to drive to the next restaurant anyways!

Love going here when we are in the area. The food is really good and the view is even better. There were 6 eagles out and about which made dinning even better. It over looks the hood canal and our kids love it as well.

I was visiting there last wed. In the middle of the afternoon and spent most the time watching the bar keep ignore me ! To bad as I HEARD ? ! they had good food ( tired of waiting needed a shave after waiting).

Ride the Harley there a few times a year... Ride is Great and Geoduck food is Fantastic. I tell all my friends to stop in whenever theyre in the neighborhood. Bring your appetite!

This place used to be good. The food has definitely taken a dive. Theres no clams in the clam strips . Pricey and not worth the money . A great view doesnt trump a good food .

45 min wait for food on Saturday at 2 pm. Kids cant wait that much. Place not crowded. We can sit immediately. Sad we drive by here more than 10 times and cant eat again

The girl that served me tonight was smoking hot. The rest is beside the point, but the food was good too. Hamburger was the biggest and one of the best. Love the fries.

Stopped for fish and chips with clam chowder. Fish was overcooked and dry and hard on the edges, chowder was a 3/5. Prices were moderate. Nothing to write home about.

Couldnt ask for a better dive in the middle of nowhere on the 101. The staff is more than friendly and the seafood is deep fried delicious. Bald eagles everywhere.

Stiff, cheap drinks and great food. Had the "ty one on" oyster sandwich and really enjoyed it. Friendly staff and patrons. Definitely my bar when Im in the area.

We love this place when we have our boat at Pleasant Harbor Marina! The food is always good and it has the ultimate "sit back & relax" low maintenance feel!

This place is unsanitary. Employees were eating in the kitchen and returned to work without washing there hands. The bartender reused my beer glass.
