Since when does in-n-out not take phone orders ahead of time?!?! And when did their customer service team start LYING to customers?!?! Who doesnt love the burger itself? How can you not, its why anybody goes there...and also the customer service...until today. When a company decides to feed their staff and chooses in-n-out, theyre looking for the best tasting burgers with the best customer experience, its what "a burgers all about" right? So i call a number today from the link for the store and apparently get a customer service rep who says the only way to place an order ahead is to go to the store. What if this wasnt planned a day ahead of time and a company needs to feed 20+ people as a kind gesture for hard work last minute? How long does it take to cook 20+ burgers? The answer..."maybe an hour..." I dont know too many companies that are in the business of paying their employees a good wage to sit at a store FOR AN HOUR, waiting for food to be cooked!!! I doubt in-n-out executives would do that! At any rate, the alternative offered was to send my staff to the store, order the food, come back in an hour and pick it up...am i the only one who sees the ignorance that?!?! Driving back and forth? The amount of time, energy, salary, gas, etc. wasted doing that alone wouldnt compensate for the time of just SITTING THERE for an hour. I then asked when they stopped taking orders over the phone..."for over 20 years" was the answer...REALLY!?!?! BECAUSE I WAS AN ASSOCIATE LESS THAN 20 YEARS AGO and we took phone orders of this size all the time!!! Nice lie on that one...and when i asked for the stores direct number to speak with the manager, they "dont have a phone number for the stores..." Interesting, because we had to CALL THE STORE IF COMING LATE OR BEING SICK when i was an associate, and i doubt thats changed in the last "20 years"...but when challenged on that, no...um...theres no PUBLIC number to call, just a PRIVATE number. My how stories change... Sad...a company that used to be the epitome of service in the fast food industry, at least in my eyes...has drastically fallen from the stars. I guess Im just shocked, but I also guess i shouldnt be. Todays society of acceptable customer service has dwindled, I for some reason thought in-n-out was above that. Just for craps and giggles, i called Jack-in-the-Box down the street to see what was involved in taking an order for 20+ double burgers...wow...they were willing, able, and capable of doing a large order over the phone, "ahead of time" last minute, but told me honestly it would take them about 20 minutes to get it ready... This is in no way a reflection of this particular stores service as they clearly arent the ones answering the phones, however, something within the company changed, and I dont think its for the better.

The quality.... Animal style fries had slightly melted cheese, fries themselves were cold. Protein burger lettuce and tomato tasted old and hard, with the cheese half melted and meat overcooked to a McDonalds quality. Normal onions ruined it further, considering my request for grilled. The service... Was terrible. Granted, I understand not wanting to work on NYE, but the atmosphere of the workers was apathetic. Again, that I could understand, but the trash everywhere was unexpected. Trash bins were full, all of em. Ketchup around the top areas as well. Tables werent cleaned, benches were dirty and littered with food. I dont eat out often, and will still go to other in n out locations every once in awhile; never will I come here again.

Had a hair in my animal style fries. I let the staff know, and one of the guys asks me whats wrong with it, and takes it back. I overhear him talking to another guy who asked what was wrong with it. The guy who took my food, said "I dont know." Then some other lady comes over to me to ask what was wrong with it and I explained there was a hair. She just leaves without saying anything. I get another order of fries they gave it in a to go box once again, after I had originally ordered to eat there. I open it and theres an absurd amount of onions dumped on it. Im just over it and leave. They were obviously too busy to care.

is there a "bad" In-N-Out Burger anywhere? NO! Because every single one is the same across the board. and i love that ! Easy menu you know what they have and how good its going to be when you eat it and the best part of all there cost makes it easy for you to come here more often unlike some of the competitors. i am a Long time fan of In-N-Out Burger and in my 25+ years eating at their restaurants i have only had one problem and that was fixed so fast and compensated for the issue they won me over for life!

Ill be honest... I love a burger as much as the next guy. However, this is a fast food chain... You would expect this to mean your meal will be ready to go in 10 minutes or less. Unfortunately, this is never the case at ANY In-N-Out Burger restaurant. Drive-through typically takes 20-30 minutes; indoors about 15. While they do make good food, this is not a five-star restaurant, and you can easily find better local fare.

The service is excellent, and the food even better. I feel sorry for those people on the East Coast, because I simply wouldnt be able to live without my In N Out. If you havent tried the "secret menu", Google it and youll find more awesomeness-especially the animal style fries; yum! My only complaint is that sometimes it gets extremely busy, but what can you do about that? All amazing restaurants get busy =)

Good news! It tastes like In-N-Out! A cheeseburger with grilled onions, well-done fries, and a vanilla shake? Everythings good, man! The dining area is larger than most In-N-Outs in and around the area. The parking lot is also accommodates the peak hour food runs and drive-thru lines. Bad news... It is consistently busy, but patrons should come to expect that.

After 70yrs - theres NO need to improve on excellence!-Worth the wait, just make sure you get your Double Double or youll be in Trouble Trouble & youll have to head back into the line for MORE MORE ! Tiipola--Fries are a must, O & you can order your burger without the bun hun. Take the first bite before you hit the road. Preferably eat it hot right there!

We got the worst cheese burger and fries ever Monday the 12th of June. The fries werent crispy at all. They tasted like baked fries. Dull and tasteless. I asked for extra sauce on my cheese burger and got very little sauce. I went the drive through. When I got home I couldnt eat but a few bites.
