If this ranch wanted a good review, they would need to change the way of doing their customer service! I have been going to other chipotles and they ALWAYS give me a good proportion and ALWAYS ask me if I need anything else at checkout. The guy was way too stinky at this place. Adding to a fire, the checkout person just keeps talking to other employee and kinda ignore me when I give her my credit card. The foods are also cold. WTF? I came in around 8:00pm and there were only 3 people eating in the store, the security might be so bored he just keeps staring out of the window, not actually working.

Staff here is the friendliest Ive ever seen at a Chipotle. Everytime I have gone in when there is no line, they are always cleaning, which to me is huge. They also always remember my extra side of cilantro without me asking which is one of the reasons I keep coming back

I dont like spending 14.00 on cold food. Undercooked beans. No onions and meat that is so tough you have to spit it out. Oh did I mention meat. I ment fat and gristle. The manager said sorry....

2 out of 3 times Ive come the food was cold! The other time it was at least somewhat warm. Much more worth driving down to chipotle by Santa ana college. Always fresh hot food there.

It was delicious, great portions my favorite chipotle in orange county. Very laid back and a great atmosphere to sit down and talk to a loved one or friend.
