This is in regard to the first and last time I ordered from this restaurant. Of the food I purchased via take out in mid August, most of it was horrible, dry, overcooked, tasted otherwise off. However, after eating some of the each of the dishes, I was eating a bowl of the soup and I bit into something that felt like a fish bone in a piece of chicken in the wor won ton soup I ordered. It turned out to be a large piece of what looked like a brillo scuring pad that is used for cleanings. I have repeatedly contacted the restaurant in regards to this matter and I have not heard back from the manager about getting their insurance information, as I had to go to the ER to make sure that I had not swallowed anything. I was sick to my stomach and had a burning in my throat and digestive tract for almost a week. I had to take antinausea medication for this whole period of time and I barely ate during this period. Please be aware of this type of situation reoccurring, as I spoke with the OC Health Dept. the next day and their review of my complaint found a lot of violations. Please be safe. There may be cleaning supplies in your food.

I have been eating here for years and it has progressively gotten worse and worse. Im sorry to say today will be my last visit here, as this was the worst ever. The dumplings which I have come here for four years were hard and old tasting where I spit it out of my mouth into a napkin.. they ran out of food and theres only three customers in there at noon which should tell the story and itself. And it took them 15 minutes maybe 20 to even try to fill the food up after we asked them numerous times. The restaurant is old looking horrible Ambience not maintained properly sticky carpet nasty food and not great service. I will never go there again

Ive been here maybe 4 times in the last month. Started with their takeout. Lots of food (like, LOTS) for a decent price. Had leftovers for a long time. Then visited for their lunch buffet, which is probably now one of my favorite things to do for lunch now. Finally, visited for dinner, and got the dinner for 2 (dinner C) meal which came with rice, appetizer, soup, and entree. Delicious. And, oddly enough, one of the best Pina Coladas Ive had for a while. Will definitely be returning. In fact, I think Im going there for lunch today!

We have lived in this area for 40 years and used to go to China Bistro early on but stopped because of the service. We decided to take our guests on Sunday and we were very pleasantly surprised by the very delicious food and the servers were very friendly and helpful. Good job. We have been going to Orange for Chinese family dinners but we now look forward to going to China Bistro. Also cant wait to do take-out.

I come here often. Nothing special as far as buffet goes, just good Chinese foods. I dont like the pot stickers too much, but the ingredients in all the foods are good and fresh, even though most of the veges in the chicken dishes are just celery and onion. The broccoli beef is not bad. Nothing too exciting about the food, but the food is good enough for me. Nice people too!

Great food and friendly service. We, as a family, have been going there for dinner for probably 5 years and have never been disappointed. Dine in is very good and the take out has good portions. One of the few Chinese restaurants that doesnt ruin a beef or shrimp dish with too many vegetables to save money. Fantastic shrimp dishes and dumplings.

Had the buffet: arrived at 11:05 and food was fresh and friendly staff greeted us. food is fresh. Food is constantly refreshed; being refilled as the trays neared empty. the hot tea is delish and the soda refills kept on coming... on the house hot&sour soup, egg flower soup were delish too...bill was $16...we tipped 20% and it was still a bargain

The meat tasted old, noodles were oily. crispy won tons were hard & greasy. Spare ribs were hard enough to be beef jerky (on the end pieces). Overall I would rate this restaurant with 1. I was told once that if there is no cars parked outside then the food wont be good. Guess what there was 3 cars!

ordered take out from menu the food looked awful it was shrimp egg foo young. I have never seen a pattie like this before. It had no vegetables or shrimp in it. It was like a big cornbread pattie. I will not go there again and will tell other people so they will not waist there money like I did.

It is buffet-style and I wasnt really impressed. The food is average Chinese buffet food. Not the least bit healthy. Its not some place I would think of immediately to take my family to. Not that anything was horrible it was just really average

I was lured by the sign that said lunch buffet for $6.99. i should have looked up this place. Noodles look and taste old, like its about to turn. Ordered diet coke, and it tastes horrible. Stay away from the lunch buffet.

This is the best Chinese food in north OC. Try the Aromatic Shrimp. All of tye dishes are veryy good and generous. I have been eating here for over 15 years and their food and service is excellent. Enjoy.

Just ordered over $50 in food for delivery and two dishes were completely wrong. They offered a discount on the next order. Why would I order again if I spend $50 and cant get the right dishes???

The food was not fresh, the rice was stale and hard to chew. The meat was also tough. My guests were very disappointed. In addition, the dinnerware and cutleries were not very clean.
