They were nice on the phone when we called, and the reception was good when we arrived. Waitress spoke next to no English. Food on the other hand, the crayfish was old, the fried fish filets were very dried out. It seemed that most of the seafood was old with the exception of the shrimp, which seemed to be fairly fresh. The cashier said that they did not have the option to check each batch and that if the food was bad it was our option to set it aside, but they have a 10 percent surcharge if you throw too much away, so it is a catch 22 in that regard. Anything that contained fresh veggies was good, including the sushi California rolls and the imitation crab rolls. They had a nice selection. (note: I have traveled from FL to CA and from Maine to FL, so have stopped at many Chinese buffets across the country).

Visited on a Sunday evening, we were seated right away and staff was friendly. Upon being seated we were offered drinks (we both chose soda). The food was alright, our favorites were the fried dumplings and sesame chicken everything else fell to the wayside. The deserts had something left to be desired as well, nothing really stood out, two boring flavors of JellO and defrosted dry pastries not too far away from "ice cream" (tasted like it was made with skim milk) the buffet price is $9.99 but upon receiving our bill we were additionally charged $3.99 for each soda. I get that buffets need to make money where they can but $3.99 for a soda is a little steep.

Recent renovation only improved the exterior, not the interior which is still the same old, greasy, not quite clean. Food is just ok...too salty and greasy. Snow crab legs were poor quality and had funky smell...definitely not fresh. This place used to be always full, but now many customers probably go to the newer Santa Buffet north on Bristol...which has better seafood selection but higher prices. Dinner at China olive was $11.99 without drink.

I used to like this place, so imagine me excited to come back after their renovation and feeling underwhelmed by their food offerings. For Asian buffets, I give higher emphasis on food not so much about the service. I have nothing much to say about the food. Yes, thats how unremarkable it was. I may have caught them on a bad day so Im just holding a little judgment and giving them still a moderate 3. One good thing about this place is ample parking.

First, know that this is an inexpensive all-you-can-eat buffet that serves Americanized Chinese food. With that in mind, the quality is good...and I might say on par with a lot of "Chinese" take out. The food is usually fresh, more so during busy meal times. Their sushi selection is minimal, but similarly good. The building is under renovation and the inside is in desperate need of an update. But the staff keeps things clean and theyre friendly.

The food is actually really good! Worth all my four stars. The place itself however, is slightly unclean by the looks. And the floors are not that swept. Almost fell on some slippery stuff by the food buffet. And The guy at the counter did not bother to talk to me and my wife when we entered the restaurant. And did I mention that they have the best sweet ice tea Ive tested since moving from Texas!

I bearly went to eat theres a couple days ago. It was a waste of my money and time .All the food is completely cold and the refused to put new hot food . A couple of the waitress where very rude and said "they didnt care if the food was cold "". Went to talk to the manager refused to give us a full refund. Worst service ever !!!!! I do not recommend this place !! And will never come back!

It is a buffet, so do not expect Chin-Chin or tablecloths. I love the convienence of Chinese Buffets, and often eat at them where ever I can. China Olive is as good, and often better than most, and very reasonably priced! I definately recommned, providing you understand you are in a buffet and only paying $8.00 for your meal.

Omg I personally love this place. I have been going here for about 14 years now. This is equivalent to street tacos but except its Chinese lol or so they say, its really all around Asian food; from sushi to crabs to pho to pizza lol. This is more of a ghetto kind of place but thats totally fine. Ghetto food is the best food.

We came here on a rainy day and the place looked remodeled although there were leaks inside, we had to move to another place to sit, food was okay, Id rather go somewhere else for a buffet, they gave us the check and we found a hair on it, and I thought it was expensive for a buffet with okay food, their dessert is whack too

The food is pretty good the staff are friendly. Like that the food came quick.I wish this place other hot sauces it would be really nice if they even had other retail sauces or something for purchase. The suicide sauce was like a spicy Tapioca, nothing really hotter! Turn up the heat guys!!

Came here for the "Sushi". Zero fish in all the sushi rolls. And...Making a fake crab out to be a shrimp roll is not going to please the palate. I would come back. Its a good value at $7.79 for AYCE lunch. Just disappointed theres no fish in the sushi. :/

There was a nasty peice of hair literally inside my meat!!! Even though i complained and the manager pulled out the hair he still accepeted pmt for the meals. The smelliest pho soup and all their food was poorly made. Very unsanitary!!!

Service sucks. The servers are very rude, they tend to walk carrying beverages without looking, so becareful when trying to get your food from tbe buffet. The food it is ok, but besides that everything else it is lame.

AYCE Chinese Buffet. Quality is "meh," but for $7, its better than Panda. So if you want Panda, or some other Chinese fast food, this place is probably a better bet. Would not go here otherwise.
