One of the best chaat cuisine I have ever had in the US. Range of variety for fast food dishes including some Punjabi, Gujarati dishes . Food is not too oily or too spicy, perfect taste of the flavor and spices However , with all this said, here are the major issues with this restaurant. - rude owner and rude server - they will not check with you if you need anything , they wil directly get the bill - when it gets crowded, the owner starts shouting loudly at the server infront of the entire dining hall - the servers and waiters argue with each other infront of the customers - Both the bald guys (one with dark hair and other with grey hair) who work at the register and serve simultaneously are extremely rude fellows who dont look at their customers if it gets too busy. This place is ONLY good for TO GO orders. DO NOT EAT HERE !!

In town for business and wanted some Indian food. The customer service was done if the worst Ive ever experienced, despite having what appeared to be TOO MANY servers working such a small number of tables. We were just ignored for over 10 min... Then someone came and filled our water without a word... Didnt ask if we were ready to order... Then another 5 min and I finally flagged someone down. They dont have naan or dosa, which are 2 of my favorite Indian foods. As my coworker tried to order, the server just walked away, without completing the order... It was the strangest thing. Eventually I flagged down a different server and got some food ordered. The food itself was decent. Not great, but not bad... Just a very strange experience. Probably would not go back. There are plenty of options for Indian food around.

Im an idiot, so the first words I send to my kind hostess of the evening, who thoughtfully offered to order on everyones behalf, "Well, Im fine with almost anything, but would prefer a mix of veg and meat dishes and..." just then I realized DOH, this is a *vegetarian* restaurant. And a tasty one it is, too :). Im not very well-versed in veg Indian cuisine, but I found quite a few dishes that I enjoyed here, and the spiciness was just about right for my palate. The mango lassi was refreshing and not overly sweet, the service was quite good (our water glasses were refilled many times), and the price was pretty reasonable considering how many dishes our group ordered. I still prefer north Indian cuisine, I think, but would be up for trying this place again.

Definitely the worst experience I have had at a restaurant. Not only was the food unhygienic but the service and the owner were exteremly rude. Our food was cold, and found a hair and an INSECT in it. An insect!! Once we told the staff, they got defensive and almost brushed us off completely. Just appalling.!! We would never recommend this place to anyone. Please save your self the terrible experience. This is far from an authentic Indian dining experience, where the hosts our welcoming and caring. I would rate this as a -5!! Pleas please save yourself and your family the awful experience. You house shouldnt be using a name like paradise. Far far from it. License should be revoked. The owner actually yelled at ladies in our group.

This restaurant is almost in the corner, that I didnt realize that there is an indian restaurant in that complex. This restaurant has lot of space but only half of it is occupied with customers all the time. When I went for the 1st time, ordered Kulfi(dessert). Kulfi was melted and the waiter didnt charge me for that. The 2nd time I went, I ordered Thali. The overall quality was OK. This thali is so simple that it is filled with normal items that I can make at home. It is ok to go on regular weekdays to this restaurant, when you are busy with your work. This is nothing special or exciting that makes me come here again. The 3rd time I ordered thali with parotta and instead of parotta they gave me a THICK ROTI.

I wish I could rate this -10 like someone else said. Im amazed how this has 4 stars. The service is outrageous. My wife and I waited for nearly 10 minutes and the none of them bothered to seat us down or at least let us know that it will take a bit. There were plenty of tables available, but I guess they dont know what service means in this place. It happens everytime I go there but after my latest experience, I probably wont be going there again. Id not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible, unfriendly staff. Get a grip guys. Youre not some roadside dhaba in India. Theyre much better off. Maybe you should make a trip back to India and learn from the dhabas about this concept called service

Extremely disgusting place! The chaat is pretty much stale and lacking of any taste. If you decide to go here, you are guaranteed to not only get ripped off, but also compromising your health. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE. Their food is unhygenic since we found hair and an insect in our food!!! The worse part is that the owner, is a total scumbag to say the least and rude to women. We have footage of this, which will be released to all major social media platforms within the next few days. Thankfully, since I personally have affiliation with the food inspection agency, I will ensure see this place shuts down by Q3 of this year.

Food was above average and Decor was good. But service was extremely poor. They took an inordinately long amount of time to bring out our food, forgot to bring our drink and did not bring one entire entree. The waiter never came back and talked about it or apologized. Then, when the cashier charged me for the non-served entree, I reminded him that it never came. He looked at the bill in more detail and mentioned that made sense, the entree in question wasnt being cooked today. Plus - they seemed fairly rude overall. Long story short - I am fine with average services but this was too poor for me to revisit.

Service is just pathetic, food is ok but whole setup looks unhygenic. We got our first order on time, but then we wanted to order for some more stuff. We had to follow up atleast 5-6 times still no one brought our additional order. For spoons also we had to ask several times. At last we had to leave, not yet full, and with a bitter taste. When I complained about the service to the manager, he didnt even bothered to ask me what went wrong. There are several other Indian restaurants withing 2-3 miles, with much better service, where you can go and relax instead of getting upset due to bad bad service.

Lately the quality of a lot of items has come down recently; otherwise it was a decent place, all items seem freshly cooked there, on every single morning lunchtime I visited this place earlier. More economical if you go there with other folks and share the sabji items. otherwise for one person, dal and sabji and roti or parathas will easily become expensive. a good place for office lunch catering too. Also used a groupon coupon for $8 only for $16. Personally, am not going there anytime soon given so much choice out there.....

My wife and I go here when we are not too hungry but want to eat some Indian food thats not too expensive but tasty. We can get good chaat here as well as Thaali. Thaali has good portion and two of us can share one Thaali. The Chaat is tasty and my daughter also loves the Pani Puri here. Hara Bhaara Paratha is also one of our favorites. Service is quick. The only downside Id say is the decor is not the best but if you care about good food at reasonable prices then this is the place.
