Im from NY. This not NY pizza...I should say not a NY pizza experience. I never got the pizza. Asked for 2 slices, paid for two slices, saw the inept dude behind the counter write down 2 slices...15 minutes later (yes, just for slices), 1 slice came off the conveyer belt. Yes, I said conveyer belt, its not an actual oven. Paid $5 because the same inept dude couldnt make change and he wouldnt put the slices on the belt until he was done with the transaction. Turns out the only thing NY about this pizza is the NJ recipe. We all know that the water is a huge part of what makes NY pizza NY. They only use local water, and not after reverse osmosis. Like I said, I never got to taste the pizza, but not optimistic about it. Operation theyre is clueless. Also, same inept dude couldnt get the pizza slice off of the hot tray so the one slice that came out was pressed against a cement wall so he could get a spatula underneath it. Looking around the place, wasnt sure I wanted to eat it, so I just left. Probably worth spending the $5 just to get out of there without getting sick.

The pizza overall was edible, except for the ingredient surprises: If you order something that they happened not to have (or dont want to give out, Im still unclear on this), they will magically transform one ingredient into another, e.g. salami into bacon! Without informing you, of course. Mask the salami with a bit of burnt cheese on top of it, and presto- you got yourself some bacon. Not to mention the carefully counted 3 pepperonis per slice, covered with a razor-thin layer of cheese :(.. Kinda reminds me of Little Caesars with triple the price. My suggestion: add $2 more and go to Mountain Mikes, which is just next door. MMs prices recently went up a bit (which is why I had decided to try something different), but after eating the pizza they make in Top New York Pizza, I will gladly pay a bit more elsewhere. Actually, anywhere else.

We ordered a pizza from this company and it took over an hour to deliver the pizza. When the pizza was delivered it came in a crushed box and the pizza was smashed. When I told the owner/driver that I refuse to pay for the pizza he started to yell at my husband and I in front of our children. My husband asked him to leave and the owner/driver continued to yell and called my husband a piece of sh--. I called back several times to have a conversation with the owner and to have the credit card charged removed. I was told that the owner had to cancel the transaction and that the would call me back to settle the issue. I have yet to receive a phone call.

If you like being ripped off and treated poorly I would totally recommend going here. I ordered a cheese pizza at lunch and the lady told me it was $16.00 dollars when I got there. So I paid it & walked out and saw a sign that said Large 2 topping pizza for $9.99. I went back and confronted her and she was like, "Oh you didnt mention the special....." Really?!?! I shouldnt have to. She tried to refund the money back to me because I caught her ripping me off and I told her to keep it. Congratulations pizza lady. You got me! You keep that $6.00 and spend it well because I will never order anything from you again. Thats a promise.

Dont be fooled by previous reviews, their most likely written by employees, pizza dough was raw, burnt and stale all at the same time, restaurant is small, dirty and full of flies, server was nice but had no idea what she was doing, and did not have change for a $20 bill on a $11 order, and slices are not $1

Our office ordered the king Kong pizza, it is 24". the price was great, the pizza was awwwesome and the service is the best. you should try them out, you wont be disappointed.

Decent price for a big slice of pizza but thats about the only good thing I can say about it. It was dirty, slow and the pizza was bland and overcooked. I couldnt finish it.
