We went to this restaurant for dinner, the waitress was rather rude on insisting us to order the $228 preset menu which half of us didnt like the dishes so we said no and proceeded to order from the menu instead. She was not at all happy. After putting in the order, we waited...and waited, 30 min passed, still no food. We asked both the waitress and waiter to check on our orders, they said coming up...another 30 min passed, still no food. By this time, we were very hunger. After 1.5 hour, still no food, we got up and left. They dont seem to even care. This is the worst service of any restaurant Ive been to. Ive never walked out of a restaurant before. This was the first. I highly dont recommend this restaurant to anyone. They desperately need to learn a lesson in good customer service.

Yes this place sucks big time I walked in at lunchtime on a weekday it was full granted but it has a soon as you walk in the front desk and where theyre supposed to greet and seat you, 10 employees must have passed by me in the six minutes that I was there waiting which was much too long now that I think about it and nobody ever looked at me let alone greeted me and sat me down then finally when I asked someone if they could take my to-go order she said hold on and walked away and I and I waited four more minutes and I said forget it I walked out!!! Maybe because I wasnt Asian.
